went in yesterday everyone was very helpful, had someone help me with picking out glasses called today spoke with a kind young woman as well. I adore great customer service happy holidays!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Maria C Domingues! Following a workplace injury to my eye that brought me to the ER, she provided me a quick follow up visit and excellent care. I was beyond impressed with the timely and professional care that I received. After treating my injury, she also went beyond to provide me with a script for glasses within the same visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Domingues and PINKVISION!

Very comfortable friendly safe environment. Shout out to Melissa she has help me with everything I needed with my glasses to making me feel better about about glasses selection appointments etc, she has make feel like family of Pink Vision, I have been to so many eye places, and none of them made me feel like this, so I will not be going anywhere else, Pink Vision for me Thx Melissa and Pink Vision Irvington Office .

This place was horrible from beginning to end , first impression is everything it smelled bad in the office very outdated. Once I entered it took almost 5 min for someone to greet me. After my appointment I put in an order for glasses. It took this place 4 months to call me and tell me my glasses were ready for pickup. Did I mention the staff were very rude as well.

I've been coming here for the past 8 years! I've seen most, if not all, of their doctors over the years and the service and care is always excellent. I always come in for contact lenses exam and get glasses as well. They have reasonable and affordable prices on frames. Also, I've switched insurances a couple of times over the years and they accepted all of them. I've learned that this place is owned and managed by a family so they care about everything they do. And it shows!!!

I was looking for an eye doctor close to where I live instead of having to drive far out and decided to give this place a try. My first appointment for my 6 yr old son was extremely long. The heat was on hell and there was not enough seating in the back for everyone they had coming in. He got drops and had to wait and then the doctor saw someone else and now you had to wait for them to be done so you can go back in. They should really get an assistant to help for things like this. The doctors are very nice as is the receptionist in the back. The front staff is very hit or miss. There is only one lady up there who was really nice, everyone else rushes you with your choice for glasses. I understand other people are waiting but first come, first serve. Glasses have to be worn daily and you shouldn't be made to feel like you need to rush your choice and not be able to see all of the options because they are in a rush to help some one else. Also the staff doesn't always contact you and to tell you that your glasses are ready. My daughter ordered hers and 3 weeks later when I went to my appointment I inquired about hers and they brought them to me saying yes they are here. When were they going to call her and let her know? The doctor gave me a script for medication and I was told to take it for a week and let the doctor know if it was working. I called back to tell the doctor it wasn't working and she asked how many medications was I taking and I told her just the 1 she gave me. She said there were 2, so the staff only gave me 1 script and never called to tell me there was another that I didn't get. Mind you I didn't start the meds until a week after I saw the doctor so there was ample time to contact me. The choice of high end glasses are very limited, I'm guessing because of location, most people don't opt for them. They don't seem to stock properly. If I buy designer glasses, shouldn't I be able to get the case to match instead of some no frills case. They sale kids glasses but not the strap to help the child from losing the glasses. Parking is not that great. You mainly have to park across the street and pay. It's not the worst place, and I like the doctors but my family and I won't be returning.

The doctor and staff overall were amazing! They were all very kind, patient and kind. The eye doctor was very friendly and amazing with kids, which is very hard to find. I have found my new permanent eye doctor.

Pink Vision Associates is amazingly thorough and really work with you to meet your needs. They're super flexible and always willing to squeeze you in last minute! Love coming here.
