This office is committing fraud with my Medicare account. They have billed Medicare for services that were never rendered. They continue to bill my account even after I advised the office. I tried to see the billing manager and got no response. I am very disappointed with this office as it is so close to my home. I really thought I had found a good place after my previous doctor passed away. Now, I must search for a new eye doctor. I haven't had the checking on my condition and hope that no further deterioration has taken place since I had to stop coming to this office.

First impressions are lasting impressions, especially when it deals with "customer service." This was a FAILURE unfortunately. I made an appointment for 2/28 via phone a week prior. Provided my insurance and was told they would confirm my co-pay once they spoke to the insurance company.
I received a voice message on 2/24 confirming the appointment. I called to confirm and left messages to get the co -pay info. No return call.
2/28 I took off a half day for this appointment. I arrived early and was told that my insurance does not have vision coverage. I asked her why didn't she call me to tell me this versus having me take off work. She just looked at me. I was not happy at all. This is poor customer service and I left with a very poor impression of your business. We MUST do better. This was an avoidable situation. This is totally unacceptable .

The Manager Karen was amazing. She took the time out to explain my needs and how my insurance policy works. The staff were all accommodating and pleasant. To "TOP OFF MY VISIT" the Optician Yarlene was EXCELLENT and picked out my new sunglasses and I left in style.

Doctors are great and the main ophthalmologist has great hair. Treats Medicaid patients with respect.
This clinic is the real deal. The doctor treats everyone with dignity--regardless of income or insurance. It's rare to find someone so committed to caring for people without judgment. He's a natural conversationalist, making you feel comfortable and heard, while still being incredibly frank and honest. No sugarcoating, just compassionate, quality care. This is the kind of place every community deserves.

Dr. Uddin is a great eye doctor. She's knowledgeable, helpful, and has a personable demeanor. My only issue is that it's extremely difficult to reach her office by phone. The office staff/answering service needs to pick up the phone and actually relay messages. It's a huge disservice to have a good doctor who you can't reach because no one wants to answer the phones.

She was knowledgeable and remained attentive throughout my exam while affably answering all of my questions and concerns.
