Top notch excellence! Im glad i chose Omni for my cataract surgery. The experience was very very VERY good . Dr Grayson and his associates were the best from the examination, the scheduling, the explanation of the options to the surgery and the care. Its a very busy place but each person there is really good at what they do. Dr Grayson is well known in this field and I was in awe of him and his skill set and experience. The optometrists are also excellent. Its a really great place for eye care.

Dr. James Milite is truly exceptional. My eyelid surgery was a complete success, and I'm thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked into the facility through my final follow-up visit, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. His years of experience really show. I feel fantastic with my refreshed look--and my vision has improved as well. Thank you, Dr. Milite!

I met Dr Rosetta for LAL LDD. She was very good. She was patient answering all my the questions. She took time to check my eyesight to see what fit me well based on my needs. I wanted to look out the window to see how far and how natural the trial eyesight was. She didn't rush me but worked it out together with me to decide the vision for LDD. She is the best compared with Dr Moses and Dr Fox for the post op visits. I highly recommend Dr Rosetta.

Only negative is they are not great at getting back to you when you leave a message with a question and it was extremely difficult to reschedule a surgery that I postponed two weeks ahead of the scheduled date But everything else was as great an experience you could ever expect from any medical institution. First and foremost if course, the surgery was a complete success my book. Much quicker than anyone expects I would guess The staff are hard working, yet extremely nice and helpful with any questions, or anything you may need. Just as pleasant an atmosphere possible. I can't say enough about the professionalism and hard along with treating their patients with respect and kindness. And I'm certain their jobs aren't easy. They rush from this to that, but never make you feel rushed. I hope I never have to deal with another eye issue, but if I do, I'll already know I'm being cared for by the best surgeons in this field who appear to take great care in hiring a wonderful caring staff. All these people do great at whatever their job is and I so appreciate their professional yet compassionate treatment of their patients who are dealing with something as important as their vision. Many thanks to all at Omni and their surgical center as well who were everything I said the office was. Really couldn't recommend them more.

This was the worst 2 minute experience by Dr George Veliky. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room I was finally brought back by a very nice nurse Carmen. She asked me some questions and I told her that I called my eye doctor to fax over my reports, which was what my eye doctor told me to do before my appt. at Omni. She said my reports weren't in the system, but I found out after that my eye doctor faxed them a week before my appointment and has a record of doing so. I told Carmen I was fine getting any new tests done, but I didn't want to repeat the same tests that were just done by my eye doctor, 3 weeks before, in case if insurance didn't cover them again. She understood. I know some of the eye tests can be expensive and I didn't know if the same ones would be covered. When Dr. Veliky came to my room, he never came into the room but stood in the doorway telling me he can't do anything without doing tests. Those were the first words out of his mouth. I told him I understood that and that my records were supposed to be faxed for him to take a look at. My understanding was he was going to look at the eye tests I just had done and then do further testing if he felt the need. He didn't let me explain that and rudely said, if you're going to defer testing then you should go somewhere else. I never said I was deferring testing. The whole interaction was less than 2 minutes. I've never been talked to that way by a doctor. He wouldn't let me get a word in and when he walked out from the doorway, he rolled his eyes. My mom was with me and saw it. She was an office manager for a pediatrician for over 30 years and never heard a doctor speak to his patient the way I was spoken to. We were shocked!!!! We found out he is the center director. Imagine getting an eye roll from the center director? Not good bedside manner Dr Veliky. I felt it was important to post this for anyone to read and make your own judgement.

Fantastic staff but a ridiculous wait time. They need a better process three hours and never got to see the doctor. We had to leave because my mother was getting way too anxious. Shouldn't be that many processes to go through.

What's not to say?! I've been a patient at Omni for well over a decade and can attest without hesitation that Dr. Wisotsky is bar none, one of the best to ever do "it". The practice was referred to me by Dr. Paul (now retired) of North Jersey Eye Care Center in Scotch Plains, NJ where the care is also phenomenal. At my recent visit to Omni, I received assistance from a traveling doc in training named Katelyn from Canada. This young lady demonstrated an awesome chair side manner, a refreshingly effective professionalism and a great personality to boot, which put me at ease immediately. She deserves a shout out for sure, need more like her. Thank you Katelyn...you left a great impression on me!! Omni Eye Services is staffed by an incredible group of people from the front end to the back. It is a well run facility, which looks like diversity, equity and inclusivity without all the foolishness. They're great here!!

My mom loves Dr. Grayson - Which is the only reason we still come back. But respectfully, there has to be a way to streamline your process. Our appointment was at 11:30, and it's 2:10 now and we are still in here. Our 6th room. My mom who has terrible legs has had to walk back and forth so many times, it's honestly disrespectful. I get you're a big office, but someone, somewhere on this massive team of yours has to have some ideas to make this better.
