Everyone working at this location has such a warm and friendly attitude! The doctor who helped me was a very outgoing friendly and caring man. He was quick to examine my eyes and thoroughly explained my results (which were healthy looking eyes). I will definitely be coming back next year for my annual eye checkup.

I along with spouse went there for 11:15 am appointment. Eyecheck and doctor examination was good and took appropriate time. But ordering for glasses and going through insurance and pricing etc took long long time. Even just a check for the cost took almost 20mins. Finally we were out of the office around 14:15. Too much wastage of time.

Been a regular customer for years but now changing location for my optic use.
Selected a pair of glasses marked for $220, but when getting billed she said retail price is $290. And everything they wanted to put in my glasses was mandatory. So the end bill which should come up around $120-130 after insurance deductible and all, she made it up for around $300 which was totally unjustifiable. So did not order and left without one.

Horrible experience. Took time out from work in the middle of the day for a 12:30 appointment, and I actually got there early. I ended up leaving because I was still sitting there at 1pm with no indication of when my number was going to get called. Why have an appointment if they can't promise the timings.
