Not recommended. The optometrist gave me an incorrect and very high eye number. Although, I had that the number doesn't look correct but the doctor insisted that he was the doctor and knows better. Due to the incorrect numbers, I had to fix my new glasses 3 times. Although, the staff was reluctant to accept their mistake, they hesitantly allowed me to meet the doctor again to recheck and give me correct prescription. However, the doctor was adamant that his previous prescription was correct and didn't re-examine. Anyways, after multiple calls and visits to the clinic and eye-glass store, the staff here arranged a re-exam with another optometrist, who confirmed that my previous prescription was incorrect and gave me a relatively better prescription, but still not fully correct. The new eyeglasses I made using the new prescription is still not perfect and I see blurry screen while working on my computer and my mobile, Although the far view is better. I am so fed up of multiple visits and fixes of glasses that now I accepted the incorrect prescription as well as the wrongly made new glasses based on that prescription. I'm not using the new glasses. Such a waste of time and money. Although, there are so many negatives about this place, there was one staff member who was very helpful as well as the 2nd Optometrist was very empathetic. Because of their support and understanding, I'm giving 2 star rating. Although my issue is not fully resolved, they tried their best to help.

This is the worst optometrist in New Jersey, the doctor has no patience and neither does his staff! For my child's very first eye exam, while trying to measure his PD they walked away from him which was really disheartening! Also the tech was extremely condescending and instead of being honest saying that they are a greedy office that refuses to give out the PD they lied and played numerous unnecessary games. Also they are extremely overpriced for bland and basic style glasses so do expect to pay a copay with your insurance. Also for the love of Christ hire maintenance or have someone clean the place!

This place is also called as Optical Palace. If there is an option to give negative rating, I would've given -10. This place is really bad. Poorly managed. (1) Forever waitline: There is no concept of appointments, whoever comes first will go first. The typical wait time is at least 2 hours. If you go out during this wait time, other people will be treated first. What's the point of having a waiting line. (2) Incorrect prescription: They goofed up the prescriptions. The eye had nearsightedness, whereas the prescription was for farsightedness. I got severe headache when I used the glasses (3) Blatant lie about Insurance: When we visited, the receptionist said we do accept your insurance as in-network. So we got our eye check up and glasses done. When we came to pick the glasses, they said you have to pay copay for our check ups and the glasses whereas my insurance says that annual check up and one pair of glasses are free per year (zero copay). When I challenged the reps, they said they are out of network. No one told this at the time of eye check up when they asked for insurance. When challenged, they said they told us that they were out of network. Blatant lie. (4) Ambience: Apart from the doctor's cabin, the entire place stinked. No cleanliness whatsoever (5) No test results given: My kid got the eye check up done and wasn't prescribed anything. When I asked the place for eye test results, they said they don't give if the doctor hasn't prescribed anything. Outright lie. Stay away from this place.

Natalia and the staff at this place were very good to me. I didn't have to make any appt. they were very nice and quickly. The bets thing I don't have to wait so long. Thank you so much.
