Update: I spoke to the manager, and she completely disregarded my concerns. She kept talking about how terrible online sales are and claimed that there's nothing she can do about it. She also said that I'm talking about two different things and won't support customers who want to shop online. ZERO STARS but has to put a pity star just to update review nope i'm not going back! ==================================== the office for my exam gets 4 stars only because the front desk personal was very pleasant to talk to.... doctor: explain my situation and was dismissed and told that whatever she told me was for educational purposes. no empathy went to check out the sales portion of the store... the sale personal did her but there was no frames to my liking, i asked if i there were more online she said yes and that i could come back as they tend to get more but didn't say when. so i ended up ordering my glasses online and website said "Issues with your order? Come visit us in store to start the returns procedure" both this location and the one in macy's both said "you have to return it online" either way i did not feel like i was helped properly nor fully explained how to use my lens. everyone in the sales part of the store said "to get use to them" i asked how long dose it take and the response was "dunno some people takes seconds some take long who know, got to get use to them..." im getting headaches and feel dizzy with them so they are being returned. no one has any empathy/sympathy anymore... and no they were not busy i was there in the morning...

Linda at LensCrafters in Newport Mall gave us such an amazing experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything in detail, verified all of her work, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. What really stood out was how honest and genuine she was. She made us feel comfortable, never rushed, and it truly felt like she wanted us to get the best service and the best discounts possible without hiding anything. That kind of transparency is rare and so appreciated. On top of that, Linda has such a beautiful personality. She was warm, sweet, and it was really nice to laugh with her a little along the way. She made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Linda to anyone visiting LensCrafters at Newport Mall. Linda at LensCrafters was incredibly helpful when we came in to get lenses for our new Meta glasses. She took the time to walk us through the different options and made sure we understood what would work best for us. You can tell she really knows her stuff. What really stood out was that she helped us find the best price available without making us feel pressured into anything. She was patient, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect pair of glasses and took the time to carefully curate the ideal lenses based on my prescription. His knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism truly stood out. John Pierre made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Great experience at LensCrafters in Jersey City! Ruwani who helped me with my glasses was very knowledgeable, patient and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain lens options clearly. She is the best. When you're at LensCrafters in Jersey City, ask for Ruwani.

I have been getting eyewear at Newport Mall for the 15 years. The staff has always been wonderful. This time around I bought the frames before I even if needed an upgraded prescription. Linda was the salesperson who helped me and remembered me 4 weeks later. She was exceptional to deal with and can't wait to get the call that they are ready. See you soon Linda

2 stars because of the service I received today, picking up today. Rosally, the eye consultant, gave me an attitude for not having a text message notification to pick up my glasses.She raised her voice saying it might not be here im just taking my chance but then she said who took your service and wanted to give me a lecture about it. I told her it's no worries, could you just check if it's there or if it's ready? No need to make a big deal about it. And then she checked, and my glasses were there, and she handed them to me. What a great service, indeed!
