Dr. Tailor and her assistant Amy were by far the most pleasurable and professional optometrist staff we have seen in our lives. The level of attention to detail and professionalism coupled with their positively radiant bedside manner are second to none in the Jersey City area. My wife and I received prompt care on a late Monday afternoon/evening and were met with the kindness and customer care one expects to receive at a five star resort. We look forward to our next eye exam and highly recommend Dr. Tailor and Co for any and all of your families' optical needs. Thank you both for everything. We were regular here for yearly eye exams and glasses every year for last 3 years, but on our last visit glass prescriptions for me & my wife was provided incorrectly, which resulted in eye uncomfortness and twitching, at last we had to get checked by ophthalmologist to get proper prescriptions. When contacted front desk was told that after 90 days they cannot honor any refund or changes. Even when it's their mistake they dont care, .

Avoid this eye doctor! I received an incorrect prescription, and when I contacted the office, they nonchalantly informed me that I wouldn't be refunded for their mistake. I've come across numerous reviews echoing similar concerns, both here and on Jersey City Target Opticals. This experience has been incredibly frustrating; I've never had issues with any doctor before, but this one is truly disappointing. There was no apology from the staff, whose attitude was disappointingly apathetic. It felt devoid of any human connection, reflecting a troubling lack of care in their customer service. This isn't just about the money lost; it highlights a concerning absence of principles at the doctor's office. There's a complete lack of professionalism and genuine concern for patients.
