I visited Cohen's Fashion Optical to get a new look! I told them that I still wanted to feel like me, but a softer and more fashionable me. They understood the assignment and everyone treated me kindly from the Doctor (who I could have happily spoken with for hours!), to the Technician, to the Specialist who ultimately helped me choose my new eyewear. Everything was explained to me simply, and the pricing was transparent. No hidden gotcha fees. Overall, a really easy and pleasant experience.

I visited this location for the first time and wanted to have my glasses adjusted. An employee named Florence assisted me with the adjustment free of charge. Florence provided excellent service and left me completely satisfied. My glasses fit much better on my face since my weight loss. I highly recommend dealing with him as a customer. He was professional, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and polite.

The online booking experience wasn't great, apparently their system does not notify the store and is not connected to the store. That was a surprise.
I had called their store to find this out. The information on my insurance that the store gave me turned out to be wrong, when I went to the store. Again a surprise.
Other than that, the experience was good. They took time to do their tests, the doctor took time to go through the report and explain the findings. The counter staff adjusted my glasses to make it sit higher on my nose. Apart from the administrative hassles, they turned out to be good. This was my first experience with Cohen and I will go back.

Very disappointing experience, if I could I would rate 0
I scheduled an eye exam only after specifically confirming--both over the phone and again at the front desk before payment--that pupillary distance (PD) would be included. After I completed the exam, a different staff member at the front desk suddenly told me that they do not provide PD unless I purchase glasses from their store.
At no point did I say I would buy glasses there. If this condition had been clearly stated upfront, I would not have proceeded with the exam. Instead, I was repeatedly reassured that PD was included, only to be told otherwise afterward.
This felt misleading and unprofessional. The lack of consistency and transparency from the staff made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing.
