I walked in for my first time not knowing to expect, as I was in need of my contact lens. First when I walked in I was greeted by everyone. They listened to my needs and offered me the best options to my budget. I was highly recommended and now I see why. They took their time with not just me but with other customers that were ahead of me. I will be coming here and have made Eye Contact Vision Center my one stop shop for all my vision needs. Thank you Dr. Manzo, Stefany, and Janet for your superb customer service!! Excellent job!!

Thanks to you all that my daughter has to wear her old glasses. I wish I I could give u a negative star. I made my daughter's prescription glasses here in September 2025. The frame wasn't covered by insurance, but the lady at the store recommended it and assured me it was a very nice choice. The total came to over $300, so naturally I assumed, as with every other pair of glasses we've ever purchased, that if the frame broke, it would be covered or at least replaceable at a minimal cost. Unfortunately, just two months later, my daughter accidentally broke the side handle of the frame (the lenses are perfectly fine). When I went back to the store to ask about repair or replacement, I was shocked -- they said there was no replacement policy and wanted us to buy a brand-new frame for $150. That's outrageous. Even branded frames like Ray-Ban for kids don't cost that much, and this one wasn't even a brand name. I even offered to pay $100 just to be reasonable, but they refused. It's unbelievable how they handle customers -- no flexibility, no understanding, and absolutely no value for loyalty or common sense. I truly feel they're taking advantage of people. I wish there were an option to give negative stars because that's what they deserve for their poor customer service and unreasonable pricing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. * Reply to the response: how would you consider $150 a significant decrease in the frame price for a kid. I offered to pay $100 because I am not in a financial situation to pay $150 right now considering I bought the pair of glasses just 2 months ago. I wish you have some humanity. I did explain to the lady that $150 is over my budget. But she said there is no way which is an utter nuisance becuase frames are not so expensive for the reduced rate to be $150. You were only trying to take advantage of our situation. Also, my daughter did not use force to break the frame, I explained to the lady that it was broken while she was trying to fix the length of the side handle which obviously would keep shifting.

this place is great! awesome staff n super customer service, they make u feel right at home and the doctor has a nice bedside manner and personality and for my glasses Rossi (Miss) went the extra mile to make sure I was informed n very caring n knowledgeable, the entire staff is polite and friendly, they are also timely with appointments, highly recommend!!

First time wearing glasses, they made the experience very easy, from eye exam to custom glasses. i was help by Roxy and the customer service alone will have me hooked to this place for life. Definitely 5 stars, the whole staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Excellent doctors that took excellent care of my mom. Referred her to Palisade Eye for a delicate procedure that she needed and everything worked out great. Couldn't be happier with the family like treatment! Thank you Dr Manzo!

The place is great . Staff is awesome , please ask for Isaac he is great and very professional. I'm very happy I got my eyeglasses in 2 weeks exactly. The appointment for the eye was very quick and the waiting period at the office was reasonable . Didn't wait too long to see the eye specialist .

Dr. Melissa Manzo are the best. First time here made me feel very comfortable and the staff was very friendly I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Dr. Manzo!

I had a very disappointing experience at this optical center. The staff -- especially the lady who shows you the glasses -- was extremely rude and dismissive. When they tell you that they will call u it's a lie. U have to go back to them n all they say is "I don't understand why the other lady who handles this didn't call you." On top of that, their products come with absolutely no warranty or guarantee. If your glasses break for any reason, that's your loss -- "you break it, you break it," and that's literally the attitude they give you. For a place selling something as essential and expensive as eyewear, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this optical center to anyone. Poor customer service and zero accountability for their products make it a place worth avoiding.
