I've been going to these guys for years and they never disappoint. They make the most of my insurance benefits, so I get the best value. I also get my contacts from here and I've never had an issue with comfort or durability. Every time I come in they go above and beyond with their service. I have broken a pair once and lost another and the repairs and lens orders are handled efficiently, and I'm always impressed by how fast they deliver. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for high quality glasses and exceptional service.

I had such a wonderful experience at Harborside Optical. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and put my nerves at ease. From scheduling the appointment, to finding the location, to getting fitted for the glasses, having them adjusted, and picking them up, everything went so smoothly. Dr. Saripella was awesome with explaining everything she was going to do step by step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Jillian assisted me with picking out my frames, I appreciate her taking her time with me, explaining the process of ordering my glasses and being detail oriented and very thorough. When I had to pick up my glasses and have the adjustment made, Jennifer assisted me with that! She too, was extremely friendly and welcomed me with a smile. She made sure I did not leave there without my glasses fitting perfectly! They made my experience of a first time Glasses wearer/shopper a truly awesome experience. I will definitely be back in the future and I would definitely recommend!

My first two visits to Harborside Optical have been stellar! The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and were able to assist me with both my eye exam and contacts. When I went to pick up my contacts, Jennifer took extra time with me to teach me how to insert and remove the properly and safely. Their team is fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough!

Came here for an eye exam and to get new lenses and frame. Super friendly and professional, the staff were so patient in helping me find the perfect frames. I have to say that they have the best lenses I have ever used, the quality is impeccable and I've been wearing glasses for years and these lenses are elite. Everything is crystal clear and it removes the halo around lights unlike other lenses I've used. This is going to be my favorite place to get my glasses going forward. Highly recommend.

Had my first visit a few weeks ago and everyone, from staff to the optometrist were extremely professional-- while also being friendly and inviting. Jason was very thorough, not rushed, listened to my questions, and took his time to explain everything to me. The process for picking out new frames was also a great experience. I relied heavily on input from Jillian, who took her time and gave me honest, productive feedback. Great experience, I'll certainly be back and highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience here, my exam was quick and to the point and Jennifer helped me out by pricing out my different contact lenses to see which one was the best deal. She also helped me find a pair of glasses that work really well for my face shape-- which totally changed my opinion of glasses! I will be buying a pair in the upcoming year. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I will definitely be coming back and recommending to anyone who needs a new eye doctor
