Our son is 14 with autism and he's always given us difficulties with eye exam's especially. We found Dr. Parikh on a list of Ophthalmologist referred by his school. It was close to home and they had experience with special needs. They were so understanding, calm and patient with him throughout our appointment. They navigated through his behavior so professionally and kind. I highly recommend their care.

The doctor is great, and the front office staff is nice and pleasant, but the entire office is poorly and inefficiently managed. We waited 2 and a half hours with an appointment; and that is with getting up and complaining. If we just sat back and waited, I'm sure we would have spent over 3 hours at this facility.
