I've had two visits so far and came here because of the positive reviews. Dr. Sindhu is a sweet, friendly, and helpful man who always seems to care a lot about making sure all my needs are addressed. The wait is rarely too long, the front desk person is always patient and explains things well, and all my phone calls have been either answered by someone, or followed up by text (if I leave a voice message), by the doctor himself!! I have never seen such a thoughtful and consistently good business, much less an eye doctor's office. I get this vibe in the waiting room that he's a beloved and respected doctor by the neighborhood, and I will keep supporting this business.
