I switched to Dr. Modi over a year ago and have been very happy with my decision. Recently I developed a corneal ulcer from my contacts and was able to schedule a last-minute emergency appointment -- the team was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Dr. Modi is extremely professional, patient, and kind, and the entire office staff is wonderful. Dulce especially stands out -- she is attentive, caring, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese, which helped put my mom at ease when she accompanied me to an appointment. I've already had multiple follow-ups and truly feel well taken care of, which is exactly how every doctor's office should make patients feel. Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Modi, Dulce, and the entire team at Palisade Eye.

I like Dr Modi but the office isn't organized. I had an appointment. I was told to be there 15 minutes before an office was closed. I was the 1st patient to arrive. I was scheduled at 8:30am and 5 other patients too. How can that be? It's only 1 Dr. I was called inside but the Tech to do my visual field was late. Only 1 Tech was doing it. They wanted me to wait for the Tech that wasn't there. I waited 1hr and left without it. When my co- worker is absent, I have to multitask and do both jobs. Why she was only doing certain patients? As much as I like Dr Modi, I'm going to move on. The JC office ALWAYS has staff issues, are not on time and they schedule too many patients at the same time. The office needs better management. Patients time is valuable, no one have time to go sit there waiting

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff. They are very professional, helpful, patient as well as kind. Dr. Modi is an amazing doctor, he is warm ,kind, professional and interested in my all round heath both mentally, physically and emotionally. I really appreciate them all. I love Palisade Eye

The staff, the place, and the doctor are top notch. I had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and professional. Dr was very understanding and explained procedures with knowledge and words that were very understandable. I'll recommend this place in a beat.

Every time I get something in my eye that's my place to go usually pretty fast and he definitely knows what he's doing remove piece of metal from my eye within 10 minutes and did it with one hand

I escorted a senior citizen to Palisade Eye for her scheduled appointment. The staff were very attentive and patient with her. No complaints.

Office has Great Staff, everyone very friendly and professional. Dr. Modi is AWESOME he restored my vision in my right eye were other doctors in the past told me nothing could be done.
