I've been a patient at this office since I was 14 years old -- I'm now 42 -- and l've never been treated so poorly. When I called recently, the doctor insisted that I take a red nose (eye) exam even though I clearly declined it. I have the right to refuse any exam I don't want. Instead of respecting my decision, the receptionist told me I should go elsewhere.
After nearly 30 years of loyalty, I was shocked at how unprofessional and dismissive they were. It's very disappointing to see how this office now treats long-time patients.

In and out in 15 minutes. Dr and staff were wonderful. Scheduling was easy. Staff was upfront about copay and told me the amount I would be charged a few days ahead of time. Would recommend to any friends or family 100%.

Went to the doctor to order new lenses. All he had in stock were a cheap brand so I requested he order some for me. He knew I only had one set of contacts remaining annd that I would need months of contacts. Over a month later, I'm still making the same dinghy dirty pair work every single day because he only has provided one singular sample contact. Not even one for each eye, just one stupid contact. Every week I stop in they say it'll be here on Monday. I wouldn't go until he replaces his staff who are clearly slacking off and not thinking very hard.
