This place is incompetent and awful. The facilities are old, unkempt, cluttered and very unwelcoming with a foul smell. The staff lacks knowledge and professionalism. Dr. Miller gave a brief exam while the young tech did most of the work. Eyes were never dilated and examined thoroughly. The eyeglass prescription and glasses were not correct. ( The woman tried to tell me that different doctors issue different prescriptions for the same patient???) I requested that the doctor call me and he never followed up with a call. This office is an absolute mess.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with these two doctors. First, I asked about my initial eye scan, and Dr. Ping Huang told me it was in the other computer but never actually showed it to me. Later, it turned out that those records were lost, so she flat out lied to me. Then Dr. Jun Huang sent me some scans, but the name and date were cropped out, so they could have been anyone's scans. It was clear that he tampered with my records. Both of these doctors should be ashamed of themselves for this behavior. Losing baseline records is not only a HIPPA violation, but it also raises concerns about the doctor's ability to provide proper care. It left me feeling like just another patient in their assembly line, rather than someone receiving personalized treatment. Dr. Huang's lack of attention to detail, unprofessionalism, and dismissive attitude were most disheartening. It is the responsibility of any healthcare professional, especially an eye doctor, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the benefit of their patients. Dr. Haung failed to meet this basic expectation. I strongly advise against choosing Dr. Huang (both of them) as your eye doctor. Their incompetence and record-keeping issues are unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by finding a reliable and responsible eye doctor who values their patients' well-being and records. If you had the same experience from these two ophthalmologists, you should file a complaint with HIPPA. I surely did.

March 23, 2023 This doctor lost years of medical records for every patient! This is a serious HIPPA violation. You may have been affected by this loss of records in more ways than you can imagine. For example, you may have had certain tests redone at your own time and expense. Ask for your records from 2020 and before. They won't have them. You can file a complaint for a HIPPA violation at the web site of the Office of Civil Rights.

I take my Mother in law here for the past 5 years . She almost was blind due to diabetes and Dr.Jun Huang a Ophthalmology did miracles. Today she is doing great. He really is a great doctor and a caring one. The ladies that prepare you before doctor Huang comes in are fantastic too very friendly and caring. If there is one thing I don't like is the waiting time you can wait forever, but when the doctor is good I guess you take it.

Dr. Miller takes his time with you and makes sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. Great experience.

They're rude, very rude. Haven't had a problem with any doctors but the ladies in the office and the office manager are so cocky and not willing to help or talk to the patients coming in. Will be going somewhere else

Rude, claim the are a medical facility & thereby allows them to force wearing masks in an eyeglass shop- have contacted state
