Fortuna Optical

I wear glasses as a backup to my daily wear contacts, but I wanted to treat myself to a nice pair. Finding the right style is usually tough for me, but their impressive range of styles and fits made it much easier. The staff was both knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me narrow down my options without any pressure, including confirming my favorite style before I even said anything! Thanks to their guidance, I found the perfect pair and have received numerous compliments on the glasses. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer for years, and never leave disappointed. Nicole has an amazing ability to know which frames will look good on anyone's face. The customer service is top notch and the quality of their frames and prescription lenses are beyond compare. Unfortunately, my eye plan doesn't include Fortuna Optical but it is well worth going out of network. Nicole even took care of my out of network VSP forms. I will never go anywhere else.

I love Fortuna. I have been going there for my glasses since I was a teenager (I am now approaching 40). I still travel there, despite now living in Virginia, just because of how great they are. I have recommended numerous people, all of whom agree with me that they are the best optical boutique around. They have a wonderful, unique selection, and they are friendly and attentive. Chris, Liz, and Nicole are super - I <3 them!

I will only purchase my glasses from Fortuna Optical. They always treat me so warmly and help me chose the right frames. Going to the "chain" stores I always felt like a number and they are not personable like the staff at Fortuna Optical. I recommend them to all my friends, family and co-workers.

I was lucky to find Fotuna Optical to help me get new glasses. I had previously used LynchWood Opticians In Cherry Hill, but after the original owners sold it, the customer service with the new owners was absolutely disgraceful! My daughter found Fortuna for me and I am very happy! Christopher was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service that is very hard to find today! Nicole also was outstanding and friendly when she took the necessary measurements to order my glasses. I have worn glasses my entire life and have a very strong prescription and this was indeed my best experience getting new glasses! Thank you!!

Hands down the best customer service I have received at any store. I have a special prescription that most opticians are unable to make or charge outrageous prices for. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the Fortuna family was equipped to fill my complicated prescription fast and for the lowest price I have ever paid to have them made. They even adjust your glasses if you need help after purchasing. The fit is so perfect that I refuse to purchase glasses online or go to another optician again. They were honest and worth every penny. I rarely write any Google reviews, but was treated so kindly that I had to. I will definitely be going out of my way to stick with them in the future. For anyone that has a complicated prescription or is tired of lackluster customer service - Fortuna is your solution!

There must be some magic in these frames, because since becoming a customer of Fortuna Optical, I can't looking back! The service from the team and quality of the glasses are incredible. I'm such a big fan that I still get all of my glasses shipped from Fortuna Optical all the way to Boston!
