Dr.Parikh has seen my whole family! The staff has always been very welcoming, patient and helpful each time! I had buyers remorse on a pair of glasses and thankfully Pearl has a buyers remorse policy and I went back just in time. Bridget was so sweet! She helped me find a pretty frame which was the same price as the original. Between prescription football goggles to my daughter's first pair of glasses, they have been wonderful to work with! Highly recommend this location!

This Pearle Vision location provides such amazing customer service. The staff here always go far and beyond to help me. Kim is amazing ! She always helps me find the perfect pair of glasses every time I come in for my eye exam. She is very caring to her customers. The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional. Always greeted promptly. Dr Parikh is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. My last visit something looked unusual so she performed additional tests to find out what was really going on. The Doctor made her recommendations and we set up a follow up appointment in 6 months to further evaluate the situation. The rest of the staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. This was our first time to Pearle Vision at this location. We have been a customer of Pearle Vision for many years. On this occasion, my husband and I both needed new glasses. Jennifer greeted us and she got right to work offering suggestions for new frames. Jennifer has a real eye to what frames look good and it didn't take long before we both had new frames picked out. Jennifer made the process of ordering the new glasses utilizing our insurance quick and easy which has not always been our experience previously. We were in and out in about 45 minutes which was amazing. Jennifer is professional yet very personable, and I would highly recommend visiting Jennifer when you are looking to be fitted for new glasses.

I have been a customer of this location for a few years. The staff is friendly and eager to provide a great customer service experience. I recently worked with Lawrence and he was able to expertly navigate my FSA so that I could get Rx lenses for frames purchased elsewhere. My glasses were completed and ready for pick up so fast! I didn't have a case for my glasses and Lawrence was concerned about them being scratched. He provided me with a case and cleaning cloth which was very thoughtful. I appreciate the personal attention and great customer service!

6/23 - Pearl Vision of Marlton has done it again! I called Kim my favorite eyeglass ambassador who is just amazing. I needed an second pair of glasses that were stylish but only had 15 minutes to get the entire transaction done. Mrs. Kim helped me pick out 3 pairs and out of all three we found the golden slipper. I am certain that not only does she know her products but that she is incredibly passionate about her work. Folks I'm done with eye glass hoping from one eyeglass chain to another this is my new home.

3/23 - The staff at this location works seamlessly, like a well oiled machine! I stopped in after shopping with their competitors hoping for a gorgeous pair of glasses & an ounce of good service. Instead they rolled out the red carpet and then some. No need to go anywhere else, this is where I'm choosing to stay. My glasses are gorgeous and I'm a very happy customer.
