Millennium Eye Care

I had a concern with the way a recent eye examination appointment was billed to my insurance and, ultimately billed to me. Unfortunately, no one in the billing department was able to help me. I asked to speak with the practice administrator in hopes of resolving this issue, She had someone in the billing department call me back to let me know she refused to speak to me. Any practice/business is only as good as their customer service, and honestly, I am still shocked. Based on this very negative experience, I can not recommend Millennium Eye Care to anyone.

I've gone here a number of times, and while the doctor is nice, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone ever to make an appointment. My husband has been trying to get an appointment for a month and can't get in touch with anyone, and I've been trying to make an appointment because the sunglasses are wonky and the prescription is off, and I can't get in touch with anyone. For a company that has so many offices, it seems ridiculous no one ever picks up the phone or answers the online appointment requests. Once these glasses are fixed, I definitely have to find somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation.

Excellent service. Between arrival, filling in the paperwork and being seen by the optometrist, in and out within half an hour. Upon arrival, call them from the parking lot and let them know you have arrived. The receptionist will let you know when you can come in. Upon entering, they will take your temperature and ask if you signed in online, already. If not, they will hand you the necessary paperwork and if you need a pen, there are two sets of pens: cleaned and used. The waiting area has seats available for you to sit as you fill out the paperwork (6' apart) but they prefer you to go online millenniumeyecare.com OR you can email them at sched@millenniumeyecare.... to schedule an appointment. The staff are all masked and there are hand gel sanitizers at the front of the desks. Should your eyes get dilated that day and you forgot your sunglasses or you feel you need additional coverage over your sunglasses, they also give you disposable "sunglasses" as you depart. The ophthalmologist I had was Dr. Elliot Grand. He was wonderful as he listens to your needs regarding vision care. The optometrists and staff there are very courteous. It should be noted, the optical section within their facility is currently closed.

The worst eye care specialists I have ever gone to. I waited 4 weeks for new lenses which I cannot wear because they are not correct. They give you every excuse in existence. Never, never use them. Wholeheartedly, thumbs down.

Always a great experience. Got to see Dr. quickly. No long wait time. answers all questions fully, does not rush you after exam. Would recommend.
