I came here just to make sure my number was same as I was intending to get new glasses to replace the ones that I lost. First they said retinal scan ($55) would be faster than dilation ($0) by 30 min. I opted for the dilation for free of charge. Reached at 12:46 for 1 pm appointment. They did initial checks by 1:30 and eye drops by 1:50 and was told to wait for 20 minutes. After asking at 2:20 and every 10 min thereafter I was informed the room was not free but didn't take me in till 2:56pm after which I left.

Very professional and personable. Rather than my wife and I looking for frames ourselves, appointments were scheduled to assist us in finding frames that met our criteria. We were also given appointments to pickup our eyewear as well in a very timely manner. In addition, they researched our insurance coverage to enable us to maximize our covered benefits. Won't go anywhere else for glasses!!!
