I always feel comfortable that a thorough exam and evaluation was done after leaving Dr. Donlon's office. He is willing to take the time to explain test results and answer any questions. The staff are friendly and well educated. The office accommodates appointments for emergencies, I never have had issues with getting appointments.

Dr.Donlon is amazing! He really cares for his patients, and I always get the best eye care here. I even recently had an emergency and they worked the schedule to get me in same day. They have so many different styles of glasses to choose from. Darlene has always helped me choose the best frames for my face & style. She is so sweet! I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I was refused care because my son is currently fighting off a virus, despite the fact that I had no symptoms whatsoever. I fully understand and respect reasonable infection-control precautions, but a more scientific and practical approach would have been to ask me to wear a mask, if they were so concerned. Instead, I was turned away outright, which felt excessive and frankly unnecessary.
I have visited many medical offices over the years and have never encountered such a rigid protocol. This policy resulted in a complete waste of my time, and I found the approach to be impractical and out of step with how most healthcare practices manage similar situations.
I hope the office reconsiders how it balances caution with common sense in the future. Needless to say, I will not be going here anymore.

The Doctor is great. However eyeglass section is problematic. I said this time I didn't want to go to eyeglass section after my exam because I wanted specific glasses I was told by the manufacturer they couldn't get. My glasses were sent to glasses section during my exam and I had to go there. They told me they could get glasses which I was like great, good news. It turns out they couldn't which wasn't a big deal. But because they ran my material benefits they were tied up and they didn't have the decency to release them even though I told them I had an appointment at another eye glass store that Saturday. It was a game. So they are loosing a family of 4 over it.
