This morning I had an amazing experience when calling Princeton Eye Group for an appointment. Without discussing what my circumstance is, I wanted to get an appointment as soon as possible and to see Dr Murr specifically. The woman who assisted me is Parul was amazing. Dr. Potter is the best eye doctor - he's very knowledgeable about contact lenses and wonderful to work with.
Do NOT go to this location, go to any of the other offices. The lady in the contact labs charged me for lenses and failed to put the order in. When I called six weeks later, she admitted that she did not enter the order, but then claimed to place the order right then. Three weeks later, I called again and she STILL had not placed the order. I don't know what her problem was but I had to call the Princeton office to get this sorted out and actually get my lenses.

Epstein is great my gripe is with Caitlyn. She was 20 mins late and extremely rude. Has poor bed side manner and doesn't know how to handle anyone with any type of anxiety. She refused to my check in exam. And put me in the second waiting room. I've never been spoken to so rudely by a medical professional.

I recently went there for my appointment with Dr. Feng and I have nothing but good things to say about the practice. Not only was the doctor very knowledgeable but he also had a super nice personality. I was a little apprehensive about the office staff after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was. They have a state of the art facility which is very impressive as well.

Reception area people very rude. Side eyes, and they look at you like you're stupid. This was my second experience with them, it must be a pattern because it happened both times. I was put off the first time but because anyone can have a bad day I wrote it off. I was wrong since everyone of the three people I spoke to today we're quite dismissive of me. Can't help scheduling was all over the place. Make sure you get what they tell you in writing before you leave the office because this was a wasted trip. At least I'm glad to read the surgeons good ratings.
