Went into the Mullica Hill office for an adjustment on my glasses.Tammy helped me and was wonderful. I have never had an issue with any employee here. Everyone is very willing to help.
I see Dr. Shaw and she is very caring and always on point with my needs. I have always been seen in a very timely manner. I have been with them for about 5 years and I have no complaints!! Give them a try!!

The ladies at the front desk were nice but the optician lady was rude and disrespectful. We were told to come between 9 and 3. We get there and find out the optician is on lunch break. We had no issues with that. We waited. Then when we were seen, the first thing out her mouth was are you going to pay out of pocket. Not like can I help you or how can I assist you. Then the glasses are for my niece with special needs. She takes off her mask, then the optician gets mad that she removed her mask. Hello she's a special needs child. She doesn't understand she needs the mask, she's gonna try to remove it regardless. Then we're trying on the glasses and she's like oh they fit fine. The optician. Like she wanted to just get rid of us. Wouldn't give us time to check and make sure. Very rude and unprofessional. We cancelled the glasses order. Going someplace else.

Loved Dr. Prieto as a doctor for my daughter. Have seen her since she was at the other eye practice and followed her to SJEA. Do not enjoy the wait of every single time we have seen her. For instance appointment time of 9, and not being seen until almost 10. Also unhappy with the office staff as my family moved and requested our records be sent to us and our new eye doctor in another state- It was confirmed that the fax for records release was obtained- but we still haven't gotten the records nor did the new eye doctor. Thankfully our new eye doctor still saw my doctor even without her records.

Recommended by Heather L. when our daughter was born Pre-mature and we needed a pediatric opt-Doc. Dealing with Dawn and the the rest of the reception staff has always been fantastic. On occasion, we've had to wait a few minutes past our appointment time but it was rare and has never felt like a burden. Jenn, who gets all our information before we see the doctor is always delightful, and doctor Prieto is amazing!!!
Highly recommend this team of professionals for anyone who needs a pediatric or any other eye doc stuff

I took my young child for his first eye exam. The doctor was fine, but the assistant performing many of the tests before the doctor came in was not patient and understanding with my 6 year old. She did not fully answer his questions or explain what she was doing and was annoyed when my son was upset and scared to get eye drops.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The curly haired lady who managed the glasses was very rude. Her attitude was not needed and her not knowing how to pull up information is not our issue. Trying on glasses, and was told "must keep your mask up" with an attitude. Really disappointed because I was planning on purchasing glasses, but the service was awful. Never had an issue like this for years, even during covid so maybe some manners would be nice if she had an issue. Thank you!!

Great doctors, terrible service. I have been going with my son for the past year. No complaints until today. Subtle racism is very apparent. I sat and waited for the Optician to acknowledge me as I waited for her to get off the phone. Someone walked past me straight up to her she was quick to jump into action to help. I walked over waited until she was done. She still would not acknowledge me and started talking to the second optician about how slow it was. I then had to say I had an appointment and was waiting before the person than obviously just walked in. She told me my appointment wasn't until 1:30 so it didn't matter she took someone before me It was 1:35 . She then walked away to take lunch. I was told there was no walk ins when I called for my appointment. I was attended by the second optician who came in from her break. I shouldn't of spent a dollar there since it was apparent they didn't need my business. but since I had already had to make the appointment twice due to work I did what I had to. I will be looking for a new location that treats all its clients equally.

I rarely do reviews but today I had to. Lets start with the office. Absolutey beautiful, clean, comfortable and child friendly. The receptionsist was very welcoming and pleasant. My child met with Dr. Prieto and she was outstanding as my toddler son was difficult. I wasnt happy about the waiting time upon my arrival, however I didnt complain. Once I got in the back with my son I soon realized how much time and patience it takes to get the exam done and the correct diagnosis as every child and situation is unique. So to all parents, be patient its worth the wait! Found out my little man needs glasses.
