Terrible staff who cannot properly take an appointment and try to reschedule you for another appointment while stating you have to pay more. *In response to your blatant misrepresentation; I called and repeatedly stated I would like to schedule an appointment for my contact prescription and yet when I arrived for my appointment after waiting nearly 2 hours was informed there was no mention of this and that I would have to return for this once with my fitting. But please continue with the misrepresentation of the events the reviews are telling.

The owner is SO sweet. I didn't have a physical prescription only online and they went through the troubles to help me work around this and educate me on glasses+prescription for next time. Will definitely be coming here for my annual eye exams from now on.

I've been coming to this place for so many years. First time. I buy expensive glasses. I paid. $264 dollars for the frame, with a THIRTY PERCENT OFF and when I went to the website RAY BAN THEY HAVE THE SAME ONE THING FOR $110 so was double the price from the store. When I bought them at them clear vision, they told me it was gonna be a year of guarantee . If anything happened to them and when I go, they said it was not like that. I would never go back. To this place and I do not recommend it . I pay a total of three hundred and sixty five.Dollars the eyes exam was not included.My insurance pay for it ......

My daughters and myself have been coming here for years now. Nothing but great quality lenses and contact lenses. Very thorough and proficient. I would definitely recommend.

I had an awesome experience. The Dr was caring,professional and efficient. She went above and beyond with my eye exam. She explained every thing in terms I could understand. Her staff was also incredibly caring and professional. My glasses order was placed on Monday and the glasses were ready Wednesday. I was taken in for my appointment in a timely manner. Great experience with all involved.

Even though I am very grateful they took me in on Monday to see me as an emergency today I was scheduled for a follow up at 2:40 pm. I arrived at 2:30 it is now 4 pm and they have taken a patient that came after me in. I know exactly what they are coming in for because I was having a conversation with them in the waiting room. I am just a 5 min follow up patient ..I work in healthcare and with patients every single day for the past 20 years . I also schedule I bill I treatment plan I know how to treat my patients; this is unacceptable. Maybe they took that patient in before me because she's a cash patient?! Well lesson learned so if you are one of those patients that love to wait in a small waiting room for hours please feel free to enjoy your time there . I'm not the one to post a negative review ever but today was one of the most annoying experiences. If you can't schedule correctly and think that double booking is ok boy you guys are wrong . Oh and I was not the only one complaining in that waiting room. So sad I was actually looking forward to this being my future Opthamologist. Update: no your front desk did not state you were booked until October I'm sure you record conversations listen to them ... then I was offered morning and afternoon ; which means you have available appointments for a follow up and yes you did take a cash patient that was there before me in ..that's why I walked out. Please don't insult my intelligence and yes maybe star was unfair .

My family has been going to Clear Visions for years, almost 20 years. Very nice, respectful and accommodating staff: Sonia, Jessie, Dina and Cassandra, including Dr. Morillo (sorry if I missed anyone). They always go the extra mile to help us get what we come for, plus great customer service. Of course there are times that we have to wait, but we understand how busy they are, and there's a few of us. They are always patient with us, especially with our last minute appointment changes and special requests. We look forward to going there every year. Thank you for excellent customer service!!!
