I had a great experience at Eye Contact Vision Center. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. I've seen both Dr. Pollack and Dr. Patel, and they have both been excellent; thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the visits feel comfortable and reassuring. Ashley was especially helpful when it came to choosing my glasses. She took the time to walk me through the different lens options, explained everything clearly, and helped me select the best lenses for my needs. I absolutely love how my glasses fit, and I felt confident in my decision thanks to her guidance. Overall, a fantastic experience with a great team. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to the eye vision center for maybe a little over a decade. I love their customer service. I'm very thankful for all their help. I recently stopped by the office to get my glasses repaired and my glasses were ready in exactly 10 business days. The staff was so helpful and very kind which I truly appreciate as I also work in customer service. The prices are affordable and they also take my insurance which offered a discount on my glasses.

Every one there was very professional and helpful and, the doctor and her assistant were very accommodating. Also, they speak, Portuguese, English and Spanish languages for customers convenience. When it came time to pick my glasses Ashley, the girl who sits near the entrance door, went above and beyond to help me choose a frame according to my facial features. On another note, there's also plenty of parking spots for your vehicle, easy to access in and out. I highly recommend this place.

I had such a great experience at the Vision Center on Ferry St in Newark! Everyone was super nice, including the doctors, and they made the whole process really easy. A special thank you to Margarita -- she was so kind and helpful when I was picking out my glasses. I even got my glasses right there and then, which was a huge plus! Definitely recommend this place!
