10/10 Definitely would recommend. The doctor was so nice and answer all my questions and the girls at the front were so helpful when choosing frames. My Gucci glasses came in faster than expected and I love them.

I did not like the service. The eye doctor made my kid read one line and said "oh now he has a high prescription it will be expensive" the lady went over the prices with me and wanted to charge me about $300 for these "high prescription lenses" I said no, I usually get free lenses and everything with my Medicaid, the lady said they don't have the free lenses there. I took my kids to eye associates down the street and I did not have to pay a thing and they did extra tests and did not say my son needed this "high prescription" honestly feels like they're trying to get me out of my money. I don't recommend this place

Dear Urban Vision Team, I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent visit today. I had a very positive experience with the optometrist, who was professional, attentive, and addressed all of my questions and concerns during the eye examination. However, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Vanessa, while her staff was helping me, who mentioned she was in charge and it's her business with her husband. When I inquired about the promotion displayed in your window "50% off brand name frames before the end of the month" Vanessa responded with an unprofessional attitude. As a patient, I believe I deserve respectful and courteous service, especially when asking questions about advertised offers. When I mentioned, from a business standpoint, that "brand name" includes a wide range and should be clearly defined, Vanessa responded dismissively and even suggested that I "go elsewhere." I can't do it why it's display ? This response was not only disrespectful but also inappropriate for someone representing your business. Furthermore, she stated, "I can't honor that; you have insurance, so just pay it," which I found to be highly unprofessional. It was also apparent that other staff members were uncomfortable speaking up, possibly out of fear, despite the fact that I was calmly addressing legitimate concerns. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as patients should never be made to feel unwelcome or undervalued. I trust you will look into this matter to ensure better service and professionalism moving forward I will make a complain to the Board of Optometry as well

I highly recommend! I had a great experience, the doctor was very helpful with my questions and nice. The lady that sold me my glasses was extremely sweet, it made me feel welcome

I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE in this place. I scheduled my exam by phone, the girl told me that it had the value of $60 at the time of the appointment, they charge me $100. After I questioned the receptionist, she was extremely rude to me as if I was wrong in wanting to know the reason for the change in value. The service went to the end with a lot of arrogance and lack of professionalism. Without at least one apology. If you want to avoid stress and frustration, don't go to this place!!!!

Well I walk in for an eye exam and to find out the prices on glass. The lady behind the counter told me that the insurance I have only covers my eye exam. I always get my prescription eyes glasses with light blocking any without the reading lines and I also pay for thinning my lenses . In order for them to put it on my order I had to leave a minimum of $50 she wanted a 100 . All I had was 50 dollars . I came back with the receive a week later to cancel and to get a refund . The lady said that they were being made so she wouldn't be able to give me a refund . I will never go back there and the same thing happen to a person I refer too this is the worst of all

This place is supposed to be open at 10am. It is now 10:30am and gates still closed I was rudely told over the phone that my business was no longer welcomed due to my negative review of urban eyes tardiness. My review still stands. However because of the amazing service I received from the employee, I have decided to up my stars. She was very helpful and amazingly friendly. To the woman who spoke to me on the phone. Your friendly staff and good customer service do not mean your tardiness going unnoticed . Your a business , not a charity. Nor is there shortage of providers that will happily accept my business. Reviews are meant to make business aware of customer observations and hopefully work to make their business stronger. You ma'am have no right to call out any customer for a bad review. Will still recommend but opening hours are noon . Have a nice day.

Excellent customer service. Elizabeth helped me a lot with my eyeglass selection. They have so many beautiful models that it's hard to choose, and they also delivered very quickly. 100% recommended.
