If a minus number could be given to this Practice, I would have left a minus 5 stars. My family had been going to this office for years, and lately the services have become unacceptable. The office canceled my husband's appointment 4 times the last was 10 minutes before we were ready to leave!!!. I understand circumstances beyond control, as i work in healthcare but 4x is a choice. This time they chose the wrong patient to cancel. We will never go back. in fact on my last visit, I walked out with a script that was supposed to be my new one, only to find out the tech wrote the wrong script on the prescription and my $600.00 glasses had to be redone. When I called to say my script read exactly like my old, I was told oops, sorry we will mail you the most recent one. I feel sorry for the office staff that end up as fall guys for a badly run practice. If you cannot manage your practice any longer you need to pack it in. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional, and quite frankly I would no longer trust this team with my eyes.

Dr. Campo provides exceptional care, and Craig is equally outstanding. Craig ensures precise eyeglass fittings and assists you in selecting the appropriate lenses for your prescription. He is consistently available should you need further adjustments or support, offering assistance without hesitation. His work is thorough, and he maintains the highest standards when caring for your eyewear. If any issues arise, he addresses them promptly and ensures all of your questions are fully answered.

Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Edwin did most of my testing and explained every step as we went. Dr Campo was detailed in my exam and in reviewing my treatment plan. Great experience here.
