Lash Palace

Bad business practices. Gen Z business owner who doesn't not have any customer care. Cancelled my appointment 30 min before, stating I did a no call no show, when i text her to inform her of my missed appointment of which she never replies to messages. Understand this your customer are what keep you in business. Lash techs dime a dozen especially in bridgeport. Let's do better.

What an amazing and relaxing experience! I've had my lashes done other places and have always hated the experience. Lash Palace is top notch. Her calm demeanor, the relaxing music, THE BLANKET OH MY GOODNESS. What an amazing touch! I hate people near my face especially my eyes I get high anxiety about it and here....I literally almost fell asleep due to the extreme relaxation!!!! I'll be back for sure! She listened to what I wanted nice and natural but amped a bit. They're perfect!

Every time I go, I'm always treated kindly. Appointment/application are always so gentle I usually fall asleep on the table! With proper after care, I never have an issue with eyelashes falling out prematurely, they often last a long time. Love Lash Palace!

My lashes are perfect. Natural looking like I wanted and just long enough so I don't need makeup. The tech was so gentle. It didn't even feel like an hour had passed! I love coming here.

i got a lash lift and tint for the first time at lash palace in oakland. I live in oakland and it was 30% off new customers so i decided to try. it was okay. there was only one girl there and she didn't talk much. my lashes were done and the next day i notice my lashes are very different she did one side well and the other lash is curved to the right. my lashes on the right are just starting to fall off and now there are some pieces of my eyelashes that have no hair when it was once full of lashes. i'm not sure why my lashes are falling off, maybe the chemicals but it's just not great and i really want to just take off these chemicals from my lashes but not sure how. not great 2/5 stars. $78 wasted.

My go to spot! She is the best and I would never go to another lash place again! They stay on for a long time and look very natural. I drive from New York to come here!

Wonderful, relaxing experience! The place is so clean and pretty. You are put on a comfortable table, a soft blanket placed over you with soothing music playing....I almost fell asleep! The lash technician was gentle and efficient. I even used a Groupon and was treated graciously (we all know this isn't always the case!). The lashes look absolutely beautiful and I've never had so many options with length and curve of the lashes. Definitely 100% recommend!!

Beautiful place. Great location with ample parking. My lash technician walked me through my options in terms of lash appearance, length, curl and the benefits of silk lashes vs. Mink lashes. The table you lay on is very soft and comfortable which was great for me because I'm susceptible to back pain . I was provided a blanket and the head rest was very comfortable as well. She moved quickly and efficiently. She even used extra glue when I mentioned I would be going on vacation. I love the way my lashes look. Very gorgeous! I had a great experience and will update how my lashes are doing before my 3 week fill!
