I had an amazing experience with these guys! These are my very first glasses, so this was a really important step for me, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.
They have a great doctor, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They really took the time to help me choose the perfect frames and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process.
Everything was fast, high-quality, stylish, and beautifully done from the service to the final result. I absolutely love my glasses and truly appreciate the care and professionalism.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I work in customer service, so I truly pay attention to genuine interactions, and Lee, Anastasia, and Nick were absolutely incredible. The hospitality from Lee was top-tier -- so welcoming, funny, and a true pleasure to meet.
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I've worn glasses my entire life and have never had a visit to purchase glasses like the one I had here. Anastasia was extremely patient, professional, and attentive, making the entire process seamless.
I was also very happy with my purchase and the price range, especially considering I was referred by a friend and my medical coverage did not apply, so I was paying cash. Even so, the experience and outcome exceeded my expectations, and I was truly, very happy with the final result.

CoolFrames staff are beyond awesome! I didn't go in planning to purchase anything--I was just there to support my best friend--but Anastasia and Lee were absolutely amazing. They provided outstanding customer service, gave us an incredible deal, and made sure we walked out looking like a million-dollar females.

I ordered Tom Ford Colette with prescription sunglasses lenses. It took two months for them to come in. The tool marks were atrocious. The crash Mann ship was poor on the lenses. After six months, the lenses they made started to leak coloring onto the frames. When I contacted them, they refuse to stand behind their work.

Had a great experience at Cool Frames! Anastasiia and Nick were very helpful with replacing the lenses on my vintage Cartier frames. They found me a perfect shape, and I ended up choosing transition lenses as well. I picked them up today and absolutely love them! They look perfect! Anastasiia even replaced the nose pads for me at no charge. I also browsed their selection, and they have so many luxury brands. I'll definitely be back! Excellent service and great prices. They deleted my initial review.
I added a review about a month ago saying that I order glasses from them a months prior to that review they had told me they were still an extra month out. Here we are a month out again and still no update on my glasses I ordered.
I've ordered glasses from them before and had a good experience but who knows they might of sold or moved their fulfillment elsewhere but it is horrendous now. I won't order from this company again, no one should until they fix their fulfillment.
I'll add a picture of the date placed so they don't remove my review again saying its fake or whatever they want to report it for.
