Dr. Viveros was absolutely amazing. She was extremely thorough and made my daughter feel so comfortable for her first visit ever to the eye doctor. The staff was also really helpful with picking out frames and overall this was just a wonderful experience.

This was our first time at Family eye care (Feb 2, 2026) and we were there for my 16 year old. My son was recommended to get Myopia consultation for the last few years. We went to one near Cherry Hill that proposed the special glasses but we wanted a second consult. When we came to Dr. Roth's office, the tests were run with care, deliberate and the meeting with Dr. Roth was wonderful. He took his time to explain everything Myopia related with great examples and connected with my son so my son can take ownership of his vision. Dr. Roth also explained the vision therapy and even did an example of an exercise with explanation.
We both walked away from the consultation with a lot of knowledge, education and understanding (consult is about $200). He is also someone who also does online streaming educating patients but most of all, we were given the option for him to have hard contacts to correct his vision. It is VERY expenseive overall but we are seriously considering the program as it gives my son a real future. More updates to come if we decide to start treatment!

I have a daughter with special needs and the team made us feel very comfortable, they were very patient and took the time to explain what and why each exercise was being performed. Rather than push my highly sensitive daughter through the exams (as we've experienced with other doctors before), they wanted her to feel comfortable and safe, which I very much appreciated. I brought my mother as an emergency to see Dr. Viveros, who waited after hours to see her(which her own ophthalmologist wouldn't do). We were very impressed and grateful to her. I had brain surgery in Sept 2022 to remove an infection. I became epileptic. For 3 years I was dizzy visiting Numerous doctors hoping to resolve it. I went to see doctor S and he immediately went to the fact that my progressive lenses may be the cause. He was right. Due to the impact of surgery my eyes weren't working as a team which sends messages to the brain. The dizziness is gone! He was terrific. I will never go anywhere else for eye care. Staff were the most professional I've seen. Thank you!

I first scheduled an appointment in 2023 after experiencing vertigo. I also had elevated high pressure and was thoroughly examined and prescribed eyedrops to lower the pressure. The first doctor I saw recommended a procedure for the vertigo that would be costly out of pocket but scheduled me with Dr Roth for a final evaluation. Dr Roth was a breath of fresh air. He did additional testing and explained everything as he did it and encouraged me to ask lots of questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. He recommended that I waited on the treatment and give it a little more time to see if the vertigo would self correct. Sure enough, after a week or two no more vertigo and it has been over a year. He could have easily ordered the procedure and taken my money. Today, I scheduled appointments for my son and I to continue evaluating the eye pressure and general eye health for the both of us. Thank you Dr Roth. We look forward to working with you to ensure we have the best vision care.
