We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Wang. He was incredibly patient and kind, especially with my daughter. He took the time to explain everything to her in a way she could understand, which made her feel so comfortable and confident during the exam. As a parent, I really appreciated the care and attention he showed. It's rare to meet a doctor who is not only professional but also genuinely compassionate. We are so grateful and will definitely come back to see Dr. Wang again!

Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. I went there to get glasses made, but when I received them, the prescription was completely wrong -- they didn't fit my vision at all. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I really regret coming here and will never return. Definitely not recommended.

Dr Wang was very friendly and he explained about my eye condition in detail. I could tell he really cares about his patients. And other staff at the front desk were very friendly too. I had to change my appointments three times... ( I know, I was a real pain in the neck) but they accommodated my schedule and help me through the eye exam that I had been putting off since JAN. The best service and still really appreciate it!

I had an awful, nightmarish experience at this place. I had my contact lens exam and received the wrong prescription, which led to a frustrating ordeal. I double-checked with the receptionist after the exam because, all of a sudden, I was told I had astigmatism in my right eye. However, they insisted that the prescription was correct. I tried ordering through 1-800-Contacts and other services but couldn't find a matching prescription. I even reached out to Acuvue for assistance, and they confirmed that my prescription had incorrect information. So, I contacted the exam facility, and they assured me the prescription was correct, advising me to order through them. After five days of back-and-forth about the prescription, they finally sent the correct one, and I was able to place my order for contact lenses. It's incredibly frustrating when something as important as your prescription isn't taken seriously. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise everyone to find a more reliable place for their eye care needs. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!

I absolutely love the new doctor they hired in place of the old one. I've been going since I was a child and always met with Dr. Moon and never had a single problem with her either. With the new doctor, everything is explained in great detail and conversation was fluid and sweet. He's very congenial and even changed my prescription to a lower one because the one previously prescribed seemed too high. I've always had headache problems and after changing my prescription, there's definitely a noticeable difference. I also had another issue with a burning sensation in my eye, as if something was in it, for a couple of days. The new doctor informed me that there were some rogue eyelashes that were continuously poking at my eye. He took them out with caution and it was a painless, effortless solution to something I had been so worried about for weeks. To get an appointment, it did take a while, but I think it was just the influx of people wanting new prescriptions before the school season starts once again. The front desk ladies are understanding and helped me every step of the way. The selection of glasses is smaller, and definitely tailored towards a minimalist Asian aesthetic. Nonetheless, I find a pair of frames I really like every time its called for. I'm even getting my contacts and new glasses shipped to my college for my convenience. Thanks for the great experience! Doctor in the office was very helpful and thorough with her eye exam. Everyone in the office also seemed bilingual in Korean and English! They participate with most insurances, so I was basically able to get my glasses for really cheap through my insurance. I received the glasses within 2 weeks, so I'm happy with my purchase. Really nice designs with a lot of variety, which was a huge plus for me since I have a hard time picking out a style. No complaints here about design, structure, or price. Would definitely recommend. Helps that they also take orders through their website.

The male doctor is very friendly and performs thorough check ups. The admins are not so friendly when you go in just for the check ups unless you buy their products. They have cute frames but the eye glasses lenses are poor quality. I wear contact lenses primarily which means I wear glasses only at night and always store in case when traveling. After 2.5 years of wearing glasses done from here, the coating on lenses started coming off from normal wear and tear. Once a tiny part of coating starts to come off it spreads even if you just wipe lenses. There's now a huge blur which is discomforting my vision. Never had this issue throughout 20+ years of wearing glasses. Will not be going back.

I have been to Cooper Crown for glasses and contacts past couple of yrs. They have large selection of stylish and affordable frames for all sizes and shapes. The doctor and staff are very courtious, professional, and responsive. They were very helpful in helping me understand my insurance coverages and provided the best cost options for frames and extras.
