I have been going to Dr.Moon for several years now. Now, I bring my husband there also. Dr.Moon and her staff are very friendly and professional. I love that there is no wait time when you make an appointment and everything is handled properly. Dr.Moon cares for her patients. Would definitely recommend Dr.Moon.

The customer service is so poor and unprofessional. Doesn't keep promise and no follow up for the service. There is no internal communication between themselves to make follow up on jobs. One employee promises a service and never completes the tasks and no follow up amongst themselves to complete the job. This is absolutely not acceptable. The people who works there has no professionalism on how to treat customer. They have poor telepho be manner and speak to themselves off phone without muting so the communication was all heard by the customer which was bad mouthung the customer.
