Eye to Eye Vision Center

Eye to Eye Vision Center provided everything we hoped it would. It was our first time to the Garden State Plaza location and we will definitely go back in the future. The staff is warm and friendly. They were able to correct a problem with a pair of glasses no other optical place could. Also, new lenses for our frames were replaced perfectly. A special shout out to Gabby who is knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Eye to Eye Vision Center!

I feel so lucky to have found this eye doctor!! I finally got a pair of glasses that I can see with. I had a problem with my previous doctor that couldn't figure out it was the curve that was off. This doctor at eye to eye figured it out and now i finally have great glasses after almost 10 years. Her name is Joann just like mine and she is amazing!! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and I felt so at home in this office. The most friendly people I've ever met. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness. I can finally see with my new glasses!! Thank you

I had the absolute worst experience shopping for sunglasses at this store. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting me with my purchase. Despite walking around the store for a while, no one approached me or offered any guidance on the different styles or features of the sunglasses. When I did manage to ask a question, the response was dismissive and uninterested. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like the staff couldn't care less about providing any sort of customer service. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything because the lack of help made it impossible to make an informed decision. I won't be coming back again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service all around.

They called me telling me my contacts arrived. I check their hours of operation BOTH online and on their website. They state that they're open til 9pm. I show up at 7pm and they're closed. Extremely unprofessional

I have been a patient of Dr. Andron for 15+ years as Dr. Andron gives a thorough eye examination pertaining to my contact lenses and eyeglass prescription. Dr. Andron and a great woman by the name of Mirta both have been at this Eye to Eye location for more than 15 years when I transferred eye doctors from an Eye to Eye location in Manhattan to the Eye to Eye in the Garden State Plaza more than 15 years ago. Based on my experiences, I NEVER had any negative issues nor any negative experiences with Dr. Andron or with any team member as he would, again, give a thorough eye exam and would answer all of my questions. After meeting with Dr. Andron, I would meet with Mirta, where she would give me options and recommendations pertaining to my contact lenses and especially pertaining to my eyeglasses as they have a great assortment of quality eyeglasses, not to mention top-notch contact lenses companies like Cooper Vision and Bausch and Lomb, to name a few. To reiterate, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Andron if you need to update your contact lenses prescription and/or update your eyeglass prescription. Afterwards, I highly recommend seeing Ms. Mirta as she is genuinely helpful pertaining to the next steps, i.e., ordering contact lenses, where Mirta would call you when the contact lenses arrived at the Eye to Eye Vision store at Garden State Plaza. In conclusion, I NEVER had any negative issues nor negative experiences with Dr. Andron or with Ms. Mirta as both have been staples of this Eye to Eye location in Paramus, inside the Garden State Plaza. Dr. Andron and Ms. Mirta, please keep up the great work! I currently enjoy wearing my updated contact lenses, especially during the summer months! July 14, 2025

I am so confused , if you have a family larger then two people in it be aware it is against office policy to book everyone's appointments at the same time or lined up on the same day. Then when asked why the attitude on that's just office polices. But like why what was the reason everyone has insurance and then when asked to explain why honestly the lady Katherine gets so angry and frustrated that you asked for clarification . Honestly I don get what happened to people try educating me on your job instead getting snappy that I am asking why not

I wouldn't get glasses from here again. All of the glasses are locked behind cases when you go into the store. If you want to try on several pairs, you have to ask the attendant every time and they stand and hover while you try them on, making it an uncomfortable and rushed experience. The glasses I ordered were promised to be available after two weeks from receiving the glasses prescription. They neglected to tell me, they take two business weeks, so in actuality can really take three weeks. When I called to check on the status of the my glasses, they could not give me a clear update on how long they would take to receive because they had to order the frames to be delivered to the lab and the lab must then deliver them back to the store. The number of days it takes for them to ship and receive leads me to believe they use the cheapest shipping option available, despite the cost of the glasses being close to $200 after insurance. Since I don't have back up glasses and only have an old prescription to rely on, I contacted VSP to see if anything could be done about the length of time this process has taken. They spoke to the lab and reassured me as long as the glasses pass inspection I'll have them this week. Unsurprisingly, they did not pass inspection and so now it will take exactly one month to receive new glasses. Neither the insurance company nor Eye to Eye were willing to make up for the inconvenience. Except that it was related to me that the store manager would give me 30% off on a second pair of glasses. I won't be spending any additional money here. Never have I ever had glasses take this long to receive, you would think they are an accessory rather than a necessary medical device. Overall, this store is very unpleasant to deal with. Save your time and money and go somewhere with a better selection and better service, especially if you are in need of an emergency pair of glasses.

I ordered my glasses 6 weeks ago now. They've been delivered to the store 2 times both times they have had to be sent back to the lab due to scratches. Neither time did the store call me to tell me, I had to call them and inquire as to where my glasses are. Neither time did they ask the lab to rush my glasses nor did they seem to care that my glasses are weeks late. This is incredibly poor customer service and it they don't have my glasses ready by the end of the week I'll file a complaint with my insurance company as well as the state. I wish I could give them less than one star.
