9:30 am appt. Front desk was awful. Barely spoke. One black woman was complaining to coworkers about something. They rushed me out of the test room before the last test, to get another patient in and started. Then I had to go back for the glaucoma test, after my exam,while the Dr waited for results. The eye exam with Dr Nicholas was fine. She was lovely and thorough. But, the Eyeexam Group reception desk, set the tone, resulting in the overall experience being somewhat off putting.

I'm near sigted and he has been optimized my prescription for years so I can see well with my contacts. When I first went to him it was because another optician had done a terrible job and he fixed the prescription. Highly recommend!
