The staff at LensCrafters is always professional. This recent visit was no different. I was greeted by Ameer who helped me with my selection and made my experience easy and comfortable. He was certain to ensure all the details in my order, especially measurements, pricing and discounts were accurate in order to avoid any errors. He also helped me review my plan to make sure I wasn't overlooking any benefits and offers that could lower my final cost. Ameer was professional, friendly and very helpful and made this a continued great experience with this business.

My eye exam was performed expertly by the adroit practitioner Dr. Lydia Rosner-Rosen. I always appreciate that she asks about my general health status and medications as well as my ophthalmological health and has the warmest professional demeanor. I was then treated with the utmost professionalism and kind care by my sales representative Ameer and optician Mohammed in the Paramus, NJ (Route 17N) store. Ameer helped me to select attractive frames that suited my needs, then worked with me (and my insurance) to ascertain the best combination of products and price. I am planning a business trip in just a few days, yet the optician promised to do his best to deliver the lenses before my departure despite the intervening holidays. The store manager even pledged to ship the glasses to my meeting if they arrived afterward. All in all a gratifying experience to support my health and well-being. I would recommend the LensCrafters in Paramus, NJ without hesitation.

My old glasses broke earlier today and with JC's help, I was able to get new ones done same-day! Excellent customer service and very professional help. Will definitely be coming back to Lenscrafters in the future!

After my eye exam this morning which was inside LensCrafters, I walked into the showroom of LensCrafters to pick out two pairs of frames as I am due for new and much better looking glasses. My sister came with me to help select frames because I never know what looks best on me. Well, every pair she took off of the many shelves was exactly what I told her I didn't want and looked just awful and I was getting cranky and frustrated. But two wonderful associates, Michael and Ameer, saved the day! They picked three frames, one pinkish and sheer plastic, one pair light tortoise shell with dressier arms and one pair slightly darker with an aqua interior color. I loved all three but I could only afford two pairs. Both Ameer and Michael made everything so pleasant and easy and with a lot of laughs! I made my choices and was introduced to Mohamed, the optician who does the precision measurements for progressive lenses. He was very kind and also took a few minutes to help my sister with her uncomfortably bent eyeglassesToday is cold, rainy and gloomy in Bergen County and these three men really made this a fun shopping for glasses day! I love this LensCrafters store because it's so close to home; but more so because everyone in this store is so professional yet so very down to earth and kind. Michael Mione was wonderful! He helped my daughter through the process of selecting frames within our budget and explained to her what works best for her face. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He also provided us the best deals for frame and lenses and explained the protection plan. We as a family had a fantastic experience with Michael and look forward to stopping into Lense Crafters again soon.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, from my eye exam with Dr. Deyoung, who was absolutely amazing and kind to the ASM-Michael, who helped me find a pair of glasses I loved within 5 seconds. Amazing group of people !

This store not only has a great selection and layout, the associates are extremely professional, helpful and honest. They want you to have a good experience and be happy with your selection. Michael, the Asst. Manager is excellent and represents this store in the best possible way.
