Larissa in the front helped me pick out my frames and was so helpful, Dr. Marina Megalla was straight forward and quick with the process. Also she answered all my questions regarding glaucoma and preventative actions taken. It was informative, and Larissa along with her co-worker were warm and friendly, she even helped me decide with frames fit best with my head shape. Will definitely be returning!

It's such a breath of fresh air to have amazing customer service from beginning to end. Dr. Kanan Sharma was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took her time during my exam, asked thoughtful questions, listened to my concerns, and ensured we found the perfect prescription that truly worked for me.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to the front desk team. They were impressive in every sense! Professional, warm, and effortlessly stunning, while still making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The Lenscrafters at the Garden State Plaza gives exceptional service. I called ahead in the morning and spoke to Tory, I expressed to her that there were some glasses I saw online and wanted to know if they were available in the store. Not only did she look for them all, and when she didn't find 2 of them she set a side atleast 4 other frames that she thought I would like based on the ones that I picked out. She also double checked that my prescription was in the system since I got my exam done in the Middletown, NY store. When I arrived at the store another employee helped me out and she was just as friendly and helpful. She gave me enough time to try on the frames that were set aside for me and to keep looking at other styles without rushing me at all.

The staff always greets you with a warm smile and truly friendly energy. The eye exam is quick and easy, and the one-on-one review afterward is fantastic -- the professional takes their time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure all your questions are answered.
Picking out frames is actually pretty fun because the selection is huge! It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and the final fitting may take a little longer during busy times since they have fewer staff on hand. But you can tell they work hard and move quickly, all while making sure every customer gets the care and attention they need.

I came in on 9/21 and had a great experience with the doctor and the girls who assisted with my exam. Unfortunately, when it came time to choose my glasses, I was met with extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive ladies. It completely ruined the experience, and I will no longer be giving this location my business. I do not recommend purchasing glasses here.
