This review is not for the doctor but for the Sales Associate, Employee 122476, who processes my order. I would say for her that she has a lack of active listening and doesn't know in depth the company product, which really made the experience not a super positive one. I would encourage you Route 4 Paramus, NJ, to cut strings with her and to find an associate who can explain things clearer, do the job better, and be more succinct in their communication. The Frame selected people really like so that is a very big positive.

My glasses arrived in the time frame that was promised. I greatly appreciate Rad, who I understand is known as "the frame whisperer." He took the time to listen to my concerns about the fit of my glasses and did a very good job adjusting them. The Eye Doctor who did my vision examination was very good, too. (I am deducting one star because the level of customer service was not consistent among the other staff members.)

The Dr. - Krav - is thorough and professional and, years ago, may have saved my vision by ensuring that I availed myself of the advanced care that I needed.
The office associates are always amazing. In this instance, Benny, guided me through the eyeglass selection process and was very thorough in ensuring a good fit.

I do not recommend booking an appointment here to see the eye doctor. Even with a scheduled time, you are still required to wait behind five to ten people in line. Appointments are not honored as actual time slots and operate more like first come, first served.
You book a time slot to accommodate your schedule, not theirs. Waiting around for an hour despite having an appointment is unacceptable.
If each customer requires the same level of care, appointment times should be scheduled accordingly. Longer time slots and fewer appointments would allow this location to honor the times it provides. Unacceptable and avoidable don't recommend.

Easy to make an appointment, was taken right on time, small wait to see Dr. Krav, but well worth the wait. Dr. Krav is fantastic. Very patient and took the necessary time to explain everything to me. Staff that helped me with frame and lens options was also great. Explained all my options, very professional.

I never had glasses made by Visionworks but since my husband has and he was very pleased with his prescripton, i thought I would try them. I haven't received my new prescription yet but I do hope they come in soon and they are what I'm expecting. The girl who helped us was very helpful and informative.

Good optometrist services and prices. The hours on Google and their website are wrong (this place is closed on Sunday!) I made the mistake of coming here on Sunday only to realize it was closed, don't accidentally come here on Sunday like I did!

I'll start by saying Juwan at the front was so kind, funny and welcoming! 1 star because Dr. hanna Han was rude and not welcoming at all... she talked to me as if I was stupid. Knowing I have a problem with my eye, she did not assure me that there is nothing wrong with my eye nor did she have an answer on to why my one eye gets a certain way. She tells me that my eye looks healthy so she doesn't know. Her manners & vibes were HORRIBLE... as a first timer there , it was terrible.
