AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Came in just looking to try on glasses that I had seen online. The store was so welcoming and the people are so nice! Answered my questions and ordered my glasses so quick & easy. The price is so affordable, has lifetime warranty and styles are so cute!! Just make sure to have your prescription if you aren't getting your eye exam in store. Warby Parker has definitely gained a new lifetime customer

Jernaise was my optician and helped me within seconds of me entering the store! She was so incredibly kind and not only replaced my missing nose pads but also tightened and cleaned my glasses, meticulously making sure they were a great fit before handing them back. She and the rest of the staff were lovely!

I went to Warby Parker because my brother kept telling me how he had a lot of their glasses at reasonable prices. I need a lot of add ons - ultra thin lenses, progressive and transitional. It costs me a pretty penny every year. I had quite a few money left in my FSA and decided to give WP a try, I had an updated eye prescription and they took it and fitted me within a half hour. I had went online and listed out a batch of options, the eye specialist pulled all my options about 10 pairs and she pulled them all with the quickness. I will be back for new sunglasses under my 2026 FSA. Girls will glasses do get passes.

This was my first experience purchasing glasses and I wish I had done it sooner. I was treated by Kylie in such a professional and knowledgeable way. She took her time to answer my many questions and help me choose the perfect pair of glasses. The store management were so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure shopping here and would highly recommend Warby Parker.

Garden State store was easy to find, people were very helpful and friendly. I already had my prescription , so I could just walk in and purchase- no appointment needed. Simple and time saving on my time schedule!

Warby Parker-Gatden State Plaza Mall I made an appointment for the optometrist and was able to be scheduled within an hour of my call. The optometrist was efficient and thorough. She explained each step of what she was doing and her findings. She was patient and answered all my questions. The sales associate looked 18, but knew the inventory well and made some great suggestions! I found him to be polite, professional, and very personable. I have been to this location for several years and will note that they always greet you when you walk into the store! Even if they are with a customer, they acknowledge your entry! If an associate is available, they walk towards YOU! My glasses purchased here have usually been great! The NYC stores where I have made purchases, are a whole different vibe...that's why I come to this NJ location! I loose or damage one pair of glasses a year! WP glasses are still affordable and of good quality.
