Passaic Eye Specialists

I've been waiting for my glasses for a month. They literally get a call to pick up my glasses but when I get there, there is no one at the office at 12:00 pm . I waited 30 minutes just to see if they were on break but even after that no one was there. Like why call me to pick them up if they aren't even in the office. I also got an eye contact test and they charged me 80$ after that they were giving me a hard time to get my prescription.

The service is fast but you have to wait a long time to get your glasses I've been waiting for mines three weeks and I still haven't gotten them. You would think that they would take less time to give you your PRESCRIPTION GLASSES since they know how urgent and important it is for somebody who needs them to have them. I call and the receptionist sounds bitter as if I am a bother to her. Of course i call everyday and during the day. They lied saying that "the glasses only take a week" to be ready and it's been three! So i called the "vision" division of my insurance and they actually ordered my glasses 11 days after my appointment. I went on the 17th of March and they ordered it the 28th. It's April 4th and i still don't have them. I am so mad! If i can give -500 stars i would.

I was there Saturday, March 7, my appointment was at nine, and I was in at 8:55, was seen and Yesterday Monday, march 9, I was call that my sun sensitive bifocal glasses were ready. They get A-Plus for fast, courteous speedy service. Thank you.

Scammers! My mom went for a regular checkup because her primary doctor told her to see a eye doctor. The eye doctor told her that he wasn't going to give her the prescription for her eye glasses so she wouldn't go somewhere else to buy it.. he basically made my mother buy eye glasses there for over $200 for some eye glasses that she could have gone somewhere else for a cheaper price. I'm pretty sure that him not giving her the prescription is illegal. I've gone to many eye doctors in the past and asked for my prescription and they never said no or anything along the lines of "I'm not going to give you the prescription so you can go somewhere else to buy it."

I was seen on Jan.11,2014 for an eye examine and to get prescribe eye glasses. Well today is the 28th of January and still NO glasses!!! The problem is every time I call "They say" oh sorry they did not come in and What type of insurance do you have? or You need to talk to the Ophthalmologist, Which is "Never There". So please if you need glasses and you want the run-around then go here!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Poor Service!!!!!!

The entire office was unprofessional, and I will never return. The "doctor" left the room twicw, and came back, and never washed her hands. & Then proceeded to use clamps to hold my premature daughter's eyes open, that she picked up off of the desk. On top of that, As I was about to leave she then remembered to put drops to prevent infection in her eyes. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Walk into the clinic. 3 girls working. One of them starts talking to me in spanish...whatta dissappintment as we are in america. I look at her, ask if I look spanish and she with a suprised face starts speaking in english as in english was not a language she should know when working in a medical office..... we are in america I say and tell her to cancel my appointment.

The appointment felt rushed and everyone including the doctor was rude. I will not be returning
