This place was really great. The receptionist guy at the desk was very friendly. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing! She was very sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable with everything. She takes the time to explain everything in detail if there's something you don't understand. She takes the time to examine you thoroughly. On the other hand, one of the ladies that works the eyeglass area was a little rude when I was trying to do the eyeglass process. Seemed like she was in a hurry to get done.

My mother's eyeglasses broke, and after trying several eyeglass stores in the area with no luck, this was the only place willing to help--and they actually fixed them. We didn't even purchase the glasses here, which really speaks to their honesty, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe the person who helped us was Jennifer. Truly grateful. Kudos!

My husband and I went here in the summer. The staff was nice and pleasant. But the Optician attitude wasn't very good. My husband and I were late for our appointment. She still allowed us to be seen I guess to set us up for her nasty attitude. She wasn't plead at all.

Couple of days ago I went to this Pearle version, I forget to present the $25 I got, as soon as I get home, I called them and was told they don't accept vsp, then I read the coupon it explicitly says vsp there. I am going to wait and see how the glass comes out, probably will not get more glasses from there.

Everybody was so kind and patient. I was not totally prepared for the cost, but the gentleman(I didn't get his name) at the front desk very clearly explained it, even though I was visibly frustrated, he was extremely nice and patient. Dr Antoine was very sweet and professional. She was a pleasure to work with. It was a great appointment and I appreciate the staff there.
