I came here for my annual eye exam for the first time. Dr. Patel was friendly and answered all my questions. She was also very patient as I had my baby with me, which I really appreciated. Would recommend and come here again for my next annual.

Dr. Peli was more than thorough and personable. Her attention to detail and explanation of findings tells you that she loves what she does!

The front desk and assistants were very kind and professional. It has been a few years since my last exam and Dr. Patel was wonderful and thorough. She explained clearly what she thought was the issue with my eyes. I will definitely be coming back to see them with any issues.

2/26 - Since my original 4 STAR review Dr. Patel came through for me big time, diagnosing a cataract and referring me for surgery. Best thing I've done lately, and kudos to Dr. Lalin in Morristown for the exemplarily work. A remarkable experience top to bottom. My initial review raved about Dr. Patel but mentioned a lack of customer service; I must have caught them on a bad day. Since then, the front desk is professional, informed and engaged. 5 STARS. 4/25 - As a new customer, the first impression wasn't great. I waited a few minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me despite two employees chatting just around the bend. When the receptionist appeared there was no smile or greeting, just 'Here, fill this out' and an explanation of the dilation cost. The tech who administered the tests was pleasant enough but offered no information as to what the tests were for. Things got much better with Dr. Patel. She was professional and friendly, offering explanations for the tests and her advise was sound. I felt like I was in good hands. But regarding that dilation cost - this should be explained when the appointment is made. Anyone who has come by themselves is unlikely to be willing to sit around until the traditional dilation wears off so it felt like a choice that really wasn't a choice.
