Dr. Friedman it's a great doctor. I am giving this rate NOT to Dr. Friedman, but his receptionist/secretary. That woman has a very, very nasty attitude. When she calls patients to confirm an appointment, she has "a system" that if you don't pick up on the third ring, she hangs up the phone call and doesn't even bother calling back or leaving a voice mail. This so called secretary doesn't realize that the reason of her having that job it's because of the patients. I have been doctor's patient for quite a few years and every time I go to my appointments, she has this mean, not friendly face. She is such a bitter person ! Last time she called me, she was rough on the phone stating that I have missed an appointment when I never had a reminder call, text or voice message. She tried to make me feel bad and said a whole bunch of nonsense to me. I said to her that I will make an appointment with another doctor and she replied "ok, but they will charge you 50.00 if you missed your appointment" then she hung up on me. I would rather pay 50.00 or more and not to have to see or listen to her stupidity. I just read a review from 2 months ago and it's also a complaint about her. I support that review 100% from Lany Delgado.

I want to tell everyone looking at this review. Just had my annual appointment with Dr Friedman what a great doctor. Also want to mention the great staff Antonia,Leslie,Margarita,Ledya so nice and caring please go there if you need glasses and eye exam. They treat you like family. Im 57 years old o been to allot of eye doctors. Never been treated so nice in my lifetime by the whole staff

Old patient.. This office is the nicest , professional, courteous and well versed in office manners. Dr. Friedman took his time to answer my questions when i first when to the office. I have Multiple sclerosis and he did not for one second make me feel insecure about my concern. Thank you

Worst receptionist ever , no confirmation calls or even answer the phone on a regular work schedule .. the doctor it's always out and it's hard to make appointments because that lady in the phone got a nasty attitude , she should find a real job that suits her attitude
