I had a very positive experience with Dr. Areola and the front staff. Shaina was very helpful in checking me in and making sure my appointment went smoothly. Dr. Areola conducted a thorough and comprehensive eye examination and communicated findings clearly and professionally. The staff was courteous, organized, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and timely visit. The office is modern, well-maintained, and aesthetically designed, contributing to a comfortable clinical environment. I would confidently recommend Dr. Areola's practice to patients seeking high-quality optometric care.

Dr. Areola is hands down the best eye doctor I've ever been to. She is very professional, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. The glasses section was amazing such a great selection and the staff there truly went above and beyond. They helped me with everything from choosing the right frames to making sure they fit perfectly. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Areola's and Alan's entire team to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.

Not only is Dr. Christine Areola amazing with eyeglass prescription and contact lenses, but her staff is also very lovely. The eyeglass selection is amazing and the optical staff is very patient and helpful. It's very easy to get an appointment and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to my visit. I had a very disappointing experience. The doctor did not address my concerns and couldn't get my RX correct, I ended up going elsewhere. The staff on both the doctor side and the eyeglass section are rude. Overall a horrible experience, I would not recommend Dr. Areola or this place. Go to Dr. Notis in Union. He is competent.

I felt the staff was unprofessional. Getting a contact prescription with OD AREOLA took me a full month. After testing the contacts for a week, they made me wait another week just to see me again. I went back and they didn't have the contacts I asked for and offered me other ones I did not want so I had to wait more. They could not get my prescription correct the first and second time. I still struggle to see clear sometimes out of my right eye with the prescription I got.

There are 2 sides to the business, 1 side is where the eye exams are taken and the 2nd side is the eyeglass store, which is where the rudest most unprofessional woman works ! Super unhelpful & belittled me because a portion of my glasses were covered by state insurance . Just all around bad aura . It's ashame because the actual eye dr and her staff at the front desk are very kind but the fake blonde woman at the eyeglass store is unbearable!

I had a wonderful experience at Roselle Park Eye Care. It was truly refreshing to be attended to by a passionate young woman. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my family and friends. She definitely deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 stars for her exceptional care!

The first time I got glasses here was a couple of years ago and they broke after a few months. I take care of my things so this issue isn't because of me. Some time just a few months into this year, 2024, I went back and got new glasses and not only did they keep sliding off my nose, but, they broke! The little metal piece disconnected from the frame. I gave it a quick fix as I am not coming back to this establishment again and I will be buying glasses online where I don't have to pay 90+ dollars for glasses that will break months later. Crummy frames.
