Vision Healers, LLC Julienne Walker, O.D.

I have been trying to find an eye doctor for quite some time and thankfully found Dr. Walker. I had the most lovely examination and connection with Dr. Walker Not only was Dr. Walker wonderful her staff was equally as helpful and understanding. While my insurance did not cover everything the staff was so helpful helping with my decisions about the glasses and lenses I chose. I would recommend anyone looking for a great doctor and great staff to this office. Everyone's eyes are so important Thanks so much visionary healers for being who you are.

This will be my second time writing a review for this doctors office. I have tried to give Dr. Walker and her team a second chance at providing better service/customer service and i am extremely disappointed AGAIN. Let me start by saying that this office is the worst doctors office that i have ever dealt with. The office staff does not answer the phone AT ALL and once they do your either on hold for several minutes15-20 mins or you get hanged up on. Before getting an answer i have to call at least 15 times sometimes more. I one day had an appointment and purposely sat in the waiting room and called the office just to see if when i am not present and calling and not receiving answers if they are truly "busy" or just letting the phone ring off the hook and ignoring patients calls and of course they were just ignoring calls. Secondly Dr. Walker is NEVER available its either she is out of the office, cant come to the phone, on vacation. etc. Lastly but most importantly i am a patient with a very serious eye illness called keratoconus(triangular cornea which causes extreme blurry vision) and have to were custom specialized contact lenses. My lenses was due for an upgrade since early spring/summer of this year(i had to be the one to call and ask why has no one contacted me to come in for a fitting/appt). I finally made it the appointment and got sized for new lenses. Fast forward one month after my appointment i realized that no one ever contacted me to come and pick up my new lenses which typically take 2-3 weeks max. When i got in contact with an office staff they told me they were out of Network with my insurance(why didn't anyone contact me to let me know?IDK!) Anyway they ask me to give them time which i did and was told they would contact me once they are in network. 3 weeks later I HAD TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN to see if they were back in network. Come to find out they were still not in network(Again, why was i not notified?) At this point my lenses are scratch up super bad and i am DESPERATE for a new pair of lenses. So every week and a half or so up until today I (THE PATIENT) had to contact them for an update. I was so desperate for a pair of lenses that I asked the office if doctor walker was willing to order them for me then bill the insurance when they got in Network i was told "NO"! I was not even given the opportunity to have the lenses ordered and get on some type of payment plan or anything. Its either pay or no lenses! I called several time within the past few months and ask for doctor Walker to give me a call and I NEVER till this day have spoken to her or heard from her. I was suppose to get new lenses since Summer we are going into the month of NOVEMBER! I say all this to say this..in my opinion Dr Walker does not care about her patients. I believe so long she gets paid that is it. My condition was not taken serious at all and that is extremely disappointing! I would not recommend this office to ANYONE. Save your time and find another provider. I will not be going back to this office ever. ZERO STAR! DONT RECCOMEND! Really sad!

Finding Dr Walker was the best thing that happens to me after many problems with my eyes and to get the perfect lenses for me. Dr Walker is extremely talented and careful to fit exactly your needs. She is unique and I always will be grateful to be able to get her help with my contacts even after I move to another state. I recommend her % You will be so happy especially if you have cornea problems. Than you so much Dr Walkefor always been there for me! I really appreciate it!!!

I have been going to Dr. Walker for a few years now. I called her to assist my aunt who is 75 and I explained the need of an urgent meeting. Her wonderful staff was able to get my aunt in the next week. I was there with my aunt and the Doctor was very kind and patient and made my aunt feel comfortable. She made my aunt smile and that made me smile. I can't thank her or her staff enough for their kindness and professionalism.

Wow, I just had a great experience at Vision Healers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dr. Walker was very thorough. She's a keratoconus specialist and she talked about my condition in a way that made it easy for me to understand. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable. These days bedside manner is hard to come by in healthcare. But this team nailed it. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care.

Very difficult to get attention from the doctor especially when i came to know she is having some contract issues with my insurance, and I asked to be sent the prescription. No response yet after over a dozen calls to their office and leaving 4 messages to Dr. Julienne.

I recently visited Vision Healers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with choosing frames, and Dr. Walker provided a very comprehensive eye exam. They explained my prescription thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. I felt like I was in excellent hands, and I'm thrilled with my new glasses. Thank you, Vision Healers!

Being new to area and looking through multiple optometrist offices, decided to make an appointment with Vision Healers, and they didn't disappoint one bit; today I had the best experience at my appointment. Beginning with the front office stuff who were great and welcoming and ending with the Dr. Julienne Walker who was amazing. My appointment was done thoroughly, all my questions were answered and she was such a great help with my insurance as well as I ordered my contact lenses through them as well. The office was very clean. Would recommend Dr. Walker to anyone who needs to see optometrist. 10/10
