Center For Eyecare

Was having an issue with my left eye and was looking for an ophthalmologist in the area. My first appointment was November 20, 2025. Let me just say that this was the best experience I've ever had going to any kind of eye doctor. Everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable and thorough. I will highly recommend this center to my family and friends.

Dr Girgis is a very knowledgeable doctor. He cares about his patients and his staff. Very caring knowledgeable and HONEST. I would give 10 starts if I could. Great place and I highly recommend.

Front desk staff and assistants lack professionalism. There's an obvious animosity between some of the staff that's displayed in front of patients. I've been given wrong information on numerous occasions regarding what to expect moving forward. Most of the time when I call I get put into a voicemail box with no return call. Seldom do I get to speak to someone live but when I have they were quick to be short/defensive or simply don't know the answers to basic front desk processes. I only went to this office for Dr Nyquist although she has left the practice and it seems their quality of care has declined.

Recently had bilateral cataract surgery one in June the other in July. The whole process which included pre op and post op appointments ran smoothly. Dr. Girgis, Stephanie, Lori, Jessica and Heather were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office for your eye health needs. Thanks Dr. Girgis and your wonderful staff for taking great care of me.

Dr. Nyquist recently performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. My eyes were bad, I had prescription glasses for years, and before surgery, I was even using a magnifying glass to help with fine print. After the first eye surgery, it was amazing! My vision in that eye was so good that I didn't need my glasses! And after the second eye was done, I felt my vision was perfect! I was very excited, happy, and pleased. Dr. Nyquist did an excellent job. She is knowledgeable, precise and extremely thorough. I highly recommend her.

Dr S. Nyquist has done cataract surgery on both my eyes. I feel 10 years younger now. Thank you Dr S. Nyquist for improving my quality of life. She gets to know her patients. Because of her insight, Dr Nyquist makes the best and right decision for her patient. Dr S. Nyquist is the best.

I had cataracts my vision was terrible but I kept putting it off. I had it done by Dr Shoshanna Nyquist she was wonderful. My Vision improved the very first day. I now have 20/20 vision in that eye. If you need cataract surgery this is definitely were you should go. I can't wait to get my other eye done here. Everyone is very nice. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could.

Great service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Girgis is the best. He explained everything during the exam and suggested an eye care procedure to help reduce the dry eye symptoms that I experience.
