This location makes running a tedious errand, like having to get your glasses repaired, into a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in until the second I left, the mood was professional, yet fun and friendly. I always enjoy when employees can banter amongst each other, making it seem as though they're actually enjoying their job. And in an age where good customer service is more of an anomaly versus what is expected, it was nice to experience it. Thank you for fixing my glasses and having fun while doing so!

Place is fantastic&clean Professional staff and Quality Eyewear & Lenses.I think so price little bit higher. Even if you order in their package, when you total the price, it is much higher. Because they don't have separate money for left and right glasses. They need to fix these things. Better because there is no hidden value

My first eye exam since 2000 when I had lasix eye surgery done..... Eye exams have really changed in 20+ years! I was dubious about coming to a national chain for eye care and boy was I pleased and impressed! The young man who set my appointment for me was so thorough patient polite and considerate.... He got me scheduled and established in their system..... I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by pretty much everyone and was quickly seen by the same fellow who had register me and he gave me an initial eye exam and discussed his findings and educated me a bit..... Then I went and waited a few moments and was seen by the DO Dr Amy O-Shea . She continued with my exam and talked with me about my eyes and some glasses and she was very kind and thoughtful and thorough as well.... She sent me to pick out some frames and I finished my experience at check out where I paid my bill and left to return an a few weeks when my glasses come in...... Great experience I highly recommend and for the price out of pocket I will certainly continue a yearly check up with this office. Great group of people and a great value for what I recieved. My glasses were slightly unaligned and they fixed it quickly and no charge. Would definitely come back again!

broke my glasses and was very upset, came here and a very very nice guy fixed them for free! they fit my face better than they ever have

I arrived at the store to get an eye exam and 16 pairs of glasses updated with my new prescription lenses. I was met by a very courteous and friendly staff who actually made the experience fun and easy. my glasses were ready in a week and everything was done perfectly.I highly recommend the store, which is in Somers point New Jersey. Clearly, great and friendly service is not actually dead. It is alive and well at America's Best.

I am elderly and just moved here to live with my son. I lost the tiny screw in my frames. He took my eyeglasses to Somers Point America's best location for repair. The associate and Dan worked for awhile to find my unusual screw and make my repair! They both were polite and caring. Thank you so much for excellent service!

In a world where, unfortunately big corporate chain have largely taken over this location is very fortunate to have some really genuine and decent employees that work there. All my interactions with staff were generally pleasant. A couple it true standouts were the young man who was working the front desk. His name aludes me, but he really was polite, professional, and extremely helpful in locating my order of two eyeglasses and contacts. Exactly the representative you would want in your business. Mina, who I was helped with my selection of glasses, as well as a number of issues I was having personally with respect to my difficulty that I have in being able to pick one something that might look good on my face. She made something that gives me great anxiety an effortless affair..and actually a pleasurable one in slecting two pairs of eye glasses. They are only a few hours on my face, but I truly have never had eye glasses fit so perfectly on my face right out of the box. The glasses immediately alleviated the migraine headaches I have been having months. She also went out of her way to get me a free pair of contact lenses to hold me over till my order comes in, as well as notifying of a discount the business gives you vets that I wasn't even aware of ! I hadn't even mentioned I was a retired vet, she drew the inference from the hat I was wearing. I can't thank Mina, I think the guy working the front was Sean, and all the other pleasant staff that took care of me while I was there. I didn't have insurance, but the prices seem very fair and absolutely love my ! America's Best contacts and eyeglasses are very lucky to have good people that work there !!
