I've been coming here for 20+ years and have always had excellent care. Dr. Longo and staff take the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. The entire team is friendly and helpful. The visits are always quick and efficient, and the text reminders for appointments and follow-ups are so helpful. It's comforting to know you're in such capable hands year after year.

I love Dr. Diering and Dr. Longo. I Have been going to Dr. Longo since I moved here in 1991. They are always very caring. I had just received Cataract surgery a couple months ago and had a concern with floating and blurriness and Dr. Longo fit me in the same day for eye checkup...all is OK and she made me feel much better and no need to go back to cataract Dr.. (Cause was pnly from dry eye) . Thank you!

As a new patient, I had such a great experience at this eye doctor's office. I had no wait at all, and Kayla, who took me back for some tests, was incredibly friendly and professional. I saw Dr. John Diering, who was truly the best--so personable and kind, and he took the time to really talk with me. I left extremely impressed with both the staff and the doctor, and I highly recommend this office.

I arrived 15 minutes early. They took me right in and started my exam, which proceeded smoothly and professionally. After the tech finished, she lead me to another room too await the doctor. Within 3 or 4 minutes the doctor came in, and performed many additional tests and checks. He was informative, pleasant and professional. I don't believe I could be more satisfied with the entire visit, truly merits five stars!

First off I had no wait, didn't even have to sit in the waiting room. The extremely kind woman that checked me in also preformed several tests prior to seeing the Dr. She was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything. Dr. Diering was very thorough,knowledgeable and personable as well. Then I went to pick out new glasses. They had the most amazing selection I have ever seen. I was not rushed as I took my time looking at and trying on frames. Another incredibly nice woman helped me decide from the 2 pairs I narrowed it down to. She also checked several things pertaining to fit. The office was spotless. This was by far the best experience I have ever had anywhere!

Family Eye Associates is an amazing medical practice that specializes in eye health care. My doctor is Dr. Valerie Longo. Dr. Longo is a loving and caring doctor who treats her patients like family. Dr. Longo is knowledgeable, and she takes her time with the patients. The support staff is equally as nice. Alice, Kaylah, and Ericka are so sweet. They are following in the footsteps of Receptionist Louise who took great care of the patients for years. I have been a patient for over 20 years. I would not consider going anywhere else for my eye care. I highly recommend this practice to everyone who desires high quality eye care. All the best to Dr. Longo, Dr. Dearing, and the entire staff at Family Eye Associates!

My family and I have been patients for over 8 years. Dr. Diering is just simply the best. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable about the eyes and will help accommodate you in any way he can. Its like going to see a family member just as the name states! I highly recommend this place!
