My family and I have been going to Dr Starr and Dr. Lench for many years. I can't say enough about their knowledge and expertise. They take their time with every patient and are so very thorough plus they're so personable they make you feel like family! I would highly recommend their practice to anyone.

Dr Starr was excellent. The staff was great. It was my 2nd encounter with Dakota. She was great. No wait time. Dr Starr was very knowledgable. He explained things that had never been explained to me in 30 years of eye problems. I definitely recommend Dr Starr & Turnersville Family Vision.

I recently visited Dr. Starr for an eye exam for the first time, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I made the appointment, I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, and the care I received throughout the exam was exemplary. The staff were extremely friendly and caring as they walked me through the eye exam. The eye doctor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer all my questions with clarity. Choosing a new pair of glasses can often be overwhelming, but the staff here made it a breeze. They were attentive, offering personalized recommendations that suited both my vision needs and style preferences. What stood out most, however, was the genuine care and friendliness extended by everyone in the office. It's rare to find a medical practice where you feel so valued and well taken care of. This visit is what you expect from healthcare professionals, but rarely ever receive in this day and age. Not sure how long I have been going to Dr. Lench but, I'm sure it's at least 5 yrs. My cousin recommended her & I'm glad she did! Dr. Lench is very professional & knowledgeable. I have Diabetes & she keeps a close watch to see if it has developed in my eyes...so far it has not! When I'm there, we also have a bit of personal conversion & I like that. For me, it contributes to her good bedside manner & it can relax a patient. I just had a visit with her a couple of weeks ago & my eyes are in good shape! Just a slight change so, that's a good thing! Thank you, Dr. Lench.

I have been seeing Dr. Lench for more than 30 years. During that time, I have found Dr. Lench to be knowledgeable and current on information. She has been thorough in my eye examinations and answers all questions to my satisfaction. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment. Becky has been fitting my glasses for years and always has great suggestions for frames. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of eye examinations.

The people at Starr and Lench are very gracious. The docs are great and give you all the info regarding your exam. Never have to wait to be seen. They book the appointments accordingly so that doesn't happen. Glasses are made in a timely fashion and my husband and I have been going there for about 3 years. Keep up the great work.

Both my wife and I have been in the care of Dr Lench for close to 30 years. We know that our eyes are in good care. Between getting a good exam and the correct prescription we have been referred to specialists and quality facilities for lazer surgery. Back in 2015, Dr Lench pointed out a scar under one of my eyes and said that it might be Basil Cell Carcinoma. I went to a dermatologist and had it biopsied. Sure enough, it was basil cell carcinoma. It was removed along with another site on my head. I believe that Dr Lench may have saved my life!

Everything about my experience with Starr and Lench was wonderful! I needed an eye doctor to administer a specific eye test and even though Dr. Lench was not my regular eye doctor, she and her staff were able to schedule a visit for me less than a week from when I first contacted them. Dr. Lench is excellent!! She was professional and kind with a great bedside manner. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all without me feeling rushed or as if I were infringing on her time. She was kind, informative, and showed care and concern for me as her patient, even though she isn't my current eye doctor. Once my current eye doctor retires, I will be switching to her. A most special thanks goes to Amanda, part of Dr. Lench's staff, who went above and beyond in ensuring that I knew how to get to Dr. Lench's Vineland office and was later able to (due to a cancellation) schedule an appointment for me at the Turnersville office for which I am so very grateful. Dr. Lench and her staff are, indeed, excellent!
