I was seen as a new patient by Dr. Cuevas about a month ago and she was absolutely the best. Great personality, easy to speak with, I was at complete ease with her. Answered all my questions and was very patient. The office staff is awesome, you definitely walk out of the office feeling as if you've always gone to them. My glasses arrived within the week and I couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to taking my son to his first eye check up.

The staff is pleasant but buyer beware there is a no return or refund policy!!!! I picked up my glasses and while I was there had them adjusted several times yet they still not did not fit my face properly. I called and explain that I could not wear the glasses that they continue to fall off my face and they were very uncomfortable, they asked me to come back in to have them adjust it again which I did, however the glasses still did not fit my face, continue to fall off and were uncomfortable. Many of the well-known larger chains have satisfaction guaranteed policies stick with them!! I just wasted $140 and will not be able to get my insurance to pay for another I exam for a whole year.
