Amalgamated Eyes

Horrible service because this is a 1 man team! I went in May for glasses, called weekly to see if they were in (he doesn't always answer or call back). Finally in July, he tells me to call the DENTIST office and ask them to see if my glasses arrived. I called, the receptionist for the dentist office sounded annoyed (I don't blame her) and couldn't find the glasses. I called back he told me to arrive the next day at 3pm. I arrive and he tells me to provide my insurance card again because he doesn't see them, then comes back and tells me he THINKS he doesn't accept my insurance and that's why he doesn't have the glasses!!! He never called to tell me any of this and before I went in for an appt, I asked if he accepted my insurance and he said he did. I called my insurance to double check and they do take my insurance, he just NEVER processed the claim.Completely unprofessional and iffy - go to an eye place but have to call a dentist office to check on my glasses??? WEIRD!!! never again

Great place to get your glasses the doctor was nice and show me the glasses that was covered by my insurance.
