WOW! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! The office staff is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Too busy talking over you instead of listening to your question. It's a shame the doctor will suffer at the hands of the rude office staff that clearly does NOT know how to transition new clients into their practice. Anything BUT helpful. I was with Dr Invenro's office in Clark for YEARS and now apparently my chart is GONE because I saw OTHER doctors, and ONLY Dr Inverno went to this group. That's RIDICULOUS, but that's what I was told before asking to speak to a manager and then disconnected. BEWARE.... DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE... Let me begin by saying, this was my first time visiting this office, and I only found it because it was listed on my health coverage's website. No one told me prior to my appointment that they only accept cash or checks for payment - that right there should have been a sign that something was off. The building is run down and completely unkempt. The waiting room appeared dingy, with a very dirty carpet. The room where I had my eye exam had a sheet hanging over the window to keep the room dark - YES, a bed sheet!!! I honestly tried to look passed all of this because the people who worked there were very nice. However, I was in for a rude awakening today. I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses after my visit from another location, and when they arrived, the left lens was completely wrong in both pairs. I thought the eye glass store made a mistake, but turns out, the DOCTOR wrote the wrong prescription. When the office called to confirm my doctor mistakenly wrote the wrong power, I asked if they would pay the $100.00 for the replacement lenses, or if they could fix them at their location (since there is a place to get glasses from inside the waiting room). They said, "no, because I didn't purchase my glasses from them." Are you kidding me? The script was written incorrectly, and that's why people get prescriptions. You can't purchase glasses without a prescription - when you hand it over to the store, they don't question what's written on the paper - a PROFESSIONAL was the one who wrote it. They did offer for ME to pay $80.00 PER PAIR for them to correct the mistake though - so now I would be paying them $160.00 to fix it. No thanks!!! This was terrible customer service. This was my first, and last appointment. I DO NOT recommend this office at all!!! BEWARE!!!

Have been in and out of eye dr. Offices over the past 20+ years and this was by far the best experience. All the staff was extremely nice. I did not wait to be seen by Dr. Pass. He was quick but thorough and very kind. They are not out to make a quick buck like many others are. Will for sure use them from now on! Thank you for being such a great office I'm so grateful I found you.

I love Dr. Inverno and most of his staff. However, there are one or two who need to go to school to learn great interpersonal-relation skills, telephone etiquette. We've actually had mentioned this to him before as a doctor could be the best however, his staff should be professional and courteous and patient. The billing staff is incompetent and extremely rude and unprofessional.

This was my 1st visit to this office. I have an infection in my eye and was able to get an appointment within an hour of my call. Dr. Jacobs was patient and through. We reviewed my entire medical history. She even call my internal medicine Dr. to ensure the meds she was prescribing would not cause a pre-existing condition to flare up. I recommend her to anyone! The only reason I did not give the establishment 5 out of 5 stars was the decor. Could use some...sprucing up.

Dr. Inverno and his staff are top notch. They are friendly and offer exceptional eye care to their patients. I have been going to Dr. Inverno for 15 years and wouldn't think of going to any other optometrist.

Just tried making an initial appointment and the reception was less than helpful. Hard to discuss availabilities when being spoken over, did not seem like they wanted a new patient. I had called once before for an urgent appointment and never received a return call. Would no recommend.

All 3 doctor s in practice are good. Ignore lack of them accepting credit card s and at least go there for the experienced Doctor s my family and friends to there . Highly recommend.
